TOP 5 fast food burger! On this visit I got the buy-one get one free sandwich from the app. Both of my sandwiches were the best fast food burgers. The burgers are a nice size and the burger sauce is very flavorful. The staff at this location is always friendly and efficient. The dining room and bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered uber eats: 2 beef and cheddar, 2 2 piece potato cakes, and a small curly fry. Received order with none of the sides requested, random mozzarella sticks instead, and 2 beef and cheddars that were made entirely wrong. Neither sandwiches came with cheese sauce and randomly had lettuce, onion, and tomato. Ordered from this location specifically so beware as I haven’t had as many issues with other arby’s locations. Very disappointed. Everything pretty much gross and inedible.

Very rude employee didn’t give me a refill of strawberry lemonade and claimed it was because of a “health code violation.” I’ve worked in many resturants and have never heard of such a policy. Its perfectly fine to refill a drink as long as there is no cross contamination. She clearly just didn’t want to refill my drink and lied, or she is very misinformed on food safety. I even looked up Arby’s policy and there’s no rule on not taking refills.

I never usually have a good experience here but I keep coming back thinking this will be the day I don’t have any issues but it never is. Plus it’s the only one close to me. Drive through service is terrible, the girls are not friendly at all. I’m not going to write a five paragraph review going over all my bad experiences here I’m just simply going to suggest a crew change. Everytime I go there’s usually always one girl in the back taking orders, gathering food, making drinks and I’m assuming that’s the reason I always have issues or miss something. Just got back to work with my food this time and noticed my fries are missing but I don’t have time or patience to go back.

Updating my review because I never got my roast beef sandwich! I went there today and told the cashier they owed me a sandwich. She got the manager who asked for a receipt. Well, they never gave me a receipt! I sent an email to the owner 2 weeks ago and never heard from them. Stay away from here as the service really stinks! If you are the owner and reading this give me my roast beef sandwich I ordered and I will change my review.

I ordered the roast beef french dip swiss sandwich with au jus meal and it was very delicious (a bit skimpy with the roast beef) but I never got the regular roast beef sandwich or a receipt. I admit I should have checked my order but was in a rush to get back to my office. Arbys on Wake Forest road can you please give me the regular roast beef sandwich you owe me? If you do I will give you 5 stars!

Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru with no other cars ahead of me. Ordered a beef n cheddar and ended up with a plain roast beef, no straw, didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces and no receipt. If you’re gonna be that slow it’d be nice if you could at least get a $13 fast food order correct.

Recently, visited this location and as I walked in, it felt like employees didn’t want me there. The young lady that eventually took my order at register when to clean the bathrooms and notified employee on drive thru….employee on drive thru didn’t even start my food until all cars were gone from drive thru lane was at least 15 minutes after I was just standing waiting on my food. I even did the survey and asked Arbys to reach out to me which they never did so guess used to that service at this location.

Bad service in the drive-through. Asked what’s better roast beef sandwich or brisket sandwich. Lead me to the roast beef. Feel like the brisket sandwich would have been way better. Nothing special on the roast beef. First time ever having Arby’s, probably the last time too.

I usually like this location, however today (1-24-26) I was told it was drive thru only and yet have watched several people go inside and get served. This was around 1130 this morning. Very disappointed.
