Kings Hawaiian………errrrr……I mean Cajun Blackened fish sandwich. Wow bun burnt black and you still served it. Hate I was 10 miles away before I opened the bag., would have brought it back. Anyone can burn toast, but come on guys, I paid $10 for it.

there was roaches on the walls. the food was cold and soggy. went to use the bathroom and the trash was overflowing, there was a “mysterious” liquid in one of the stalls. some staff told us that management is unreliable and doesn’t listen. 15+ minute waits on ONE order, other people’s orders getting called out when people waiting before them still haven’t gotten theirs. one of the employees that wears a grey uniform reeks of BO. overall a nightmare.

My husband & I stopped by for a fairly quick meal knowing the service can be a little slow. We were tired – using accessible equipment- having had a long day- we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and caring the cashier/ customer service person showed us. She offered to bring our food to the table and I felt kept a watchful eye on us as we were eating -she even made fresh lemonade for me and brought it to our table.I had the Greek gyro meal with crinkle fries – my husband had the classic roast beef -both meals were freshly prepared- hot & delicious! The cashier picked up my cane off the floor- that maybe a small thing for some people but meant a great deal to me after having a long tedious day.The price of the food is a little higher than other fast food places but was well worth it to hubby & me. Great food experience!!

Another great review for this fast food location – off I85 at the creedmoor NC hwy 56 exit – a very short distance on the left. My hubby & I stopped by today. I had the number 11 gyro meal and he had a roast beef meal. A good meal under $20 for us. Personalized service for us – the customer service representative brought i food to the table – as we are accessibly challenged sometimes- she was pleasant – food freshly prepared- a favorite to be sure!

Like I say when it comes to bad reviews, bad experiences if I could give them 0 stars I WOULD! This is the slowest Arby’s ever! Had to wait 15 minutes before ordering while at the speaker.. had to wait almost 5 minutes before someone came to the window. The tenders were chicken nuggets and were hard… After waiting so long the food wasn’t even fresh. The fries were hardly even warm. No steam coming from the bag or anything. It tasted like it was sitting under a hot lamp. service wasn’t the best.. management is just terrible. I wish we’d had tried our food before leaving so we could’ve gotten a refund. It’s a shame that that has to even be the case. I’m writing this review instead of going back to get my money back so anyone else can watch out and read this. This Arby’s isn’t as good as it used to be. Going very downhill..

This was such an unexpectedly horrible experience! I order a double roast beef sandwich with crinkle fries. The lady asks what size. I know I clearly said medium. Then ordered a peach lemonade. I get to the window and pay only to find I was only charged for a small. How is that possible?? I was so confused and they wanted to charge me for THEIR mistake. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I took the small meal and left very disappointed.

Workers were right on par and at times even better than the competition over at that Fila Chic place Great food and very clean establishment. Highly recommend. The French Dip and Swiss was especially delicious and the the burger was on point

I just have to give props to Hayley who just made my day with her warm and welcoming attitude. Her smile is infectious and so is her personality. If I lived in the area I would come back again and again just for the customer service. Keep up the great work Hayley! I’m sure I spelled your name wrong but now we are even, lol.
