They are SLOW!! I went there a few days ago during lunch time and the way the drive thru is designed once you’re in there you are stuck. I started to back up after waiting 10 min and the line not moving, but then 2 cars pulled up behind me. Once the driver in front of me ordered at the speaker I was finally able to pull off. I ended up being in line 34 minutes cashing me to miss my lunch break and having to go right back to work. I guess they are so used to barely having customers during other times that they can’t handle busy lunch rushes. I don’t plan on going back.

It’s been a long time since we have visited Arbys. Their food was hot & amazing. Using the APP we enjoyed the discounts. The cashier at first was quite unpleasant but later found out she was handling both drive thru and front counter due to being short on staff. The dining room was very well kept and clean. Overall it was a fabulous experience.

Ordered ahead with the app, used drive thru, 8:15 PM on a Saturday. Not very busy, but all of our food was fresh and hot; even the fries and cherry turnover. Drive thru employee was very nice and even complimented vehicle! Keep up the good work Bridford Pkwy! Will definitely be coming back.

I like arbys alot but the other day I went and I tried the new cheesesteak they had advertised. Its like a Philly Cheesesteak which I got it. It looked nothing like the picture but I understand thats a pic and I know its not supposed to be perfect but it was horrible didn’t have nothing but meat on it. I took it back to the restaurant with my receipt and the sandwich. They didn’t give me no trouble and I got a new sandwich with everything on it! Plus some more food. I have pictures of what i got! I’m satisfied with the customer service and the food. Thanks for my lunch Arby’s!!!

This experience was NOT up to par. If I had not just run out for a minute to grab lunch before my conference call, I would be taking it back!
The quality was terrible!
It looks like they scraped the bottom of the pan to make this brisket sandwich. This meat should have been tossed and another brisket began for my order.
I hope that when management sees this they will offer my money back. If not, I will no longer purchase from this location.
This is not something Arbys should have served to a customer. These scraps should have been taken home for a dog.

Bought a half pound beef and cheddar, $9 sandwich. I got about a ketchup packet worth of cheddar.

Food was really good, the line was SUPER slow so I knocked off stars for service. I used coupons I received in the mail or I wouldn’t have eaten here. They’re overpriced without a coupon!

Highly disappointed… If this is the amount of bacon that you asked for and pay for I would need all of my money back… Totally unacceptable… If you were out of bacon, Common sense and courtesy would trigger you to get in contact with the customer.

Oh, I just had the most amazing meal! I tried the new Angus Cheesesteak, and wow, they loaded it up with creamy white cheddar cheese! It was so flavorful, and I could barely taste the roasted peppers—just how I love it! Dipping it in the tangy Horsey Sauce made it even better, and I paired it with their limited-time Orange Creamsicle shake. Seriously, it’s a match made in heaven! I walked away feeling completely satisfied and so happy. Treat yourself to this delightful experience—you won’t regret it!
