S/O to the crew tonight! They were the sweetest most welcoming people and made the experience 10x better! Fresh food even late!!! (Can’t say that with other restaurants in the area) they had such positive attitudes and I definitely let it be known how appreciative I was of it! I didn’t take my receipt tonight but after getting the service I got, I wish I would’ve so that I could give them the recognition they deserved!! Thanks again!!!

Alright! First off I was so excited to try this new Wagyu burger which is over priced and under seasoned! The burger comes with cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, burger sauce and the THICK beef patty. (Pickles too but I didn’t get that on mine). When I say the patty is thick it’s super thick I couldn’t taste any other components on the burger besides the BEEF. Tried the burger sauce that comes on the burger and wasn’t please. The beef doesn’t have a bad taste it’s just lacking more flavors. The peach lemonade was okay after I mixed it up. I don’t get how you pay extra for a “special” drink but it doesn’t come out stirred up and it comes in a itty bitty sippy cup. Paying over $20 for 2 meals from Arby’s to pricey!

On the night of 10/1/25 the dark skin girl and the light skin girl was working,from the orders given the dark skin girl was in charge, but my issue is that I was not greeted when I came through the door and also both of them walked up to the register and looked at me with out saying a word. I finally had to ask the two girls is some you can help me with. Now the food that got was cold and prepared without the arbys care. As many times that I have gotten food from Arbys on Cone blvd with this experience,I will not be going back to this location. I am really disappointed.

The Jamoca shake tasted like just vanilla no flavor for over $4.

They did remake make it with sauce n cheese you could actually see but still where’s the beef?

Happens any visit they cheap out on portions but not what they charge.
Sandwiches luke warm. Not good for Classic Beef n Cheddars. I could have enjoyed it if they were hot as should be. Same issue again luke warm not enjoyable

I usually enjoy the mozzarella sticks from Arby’s but this location was the absolute worse! The mozzarella sticks were barely warm and appeared to have been sitting in oil for hours. Even the bag was saturated. I was extremely disappointed and will NEVER visit this location again.
