My sauce was missing from my order. The problem I have is having to wait behind ALL of the other customers to pay, receive their orders, etc. before I could pull to the window to receive my sauces. I couldn’t go inside because it was locked. In the future, I recommend having those customers pull up so that the mistake takes the priority and can be corrected efficiently. My food was cold by the time my horsey and arby sauce reached my French dip.

This is the worst Arby’s I have EVER visited. Ever. And trying to get help when your order is completely wrong (and what you did get in the bag is cold and half full) is just going to cause you stress so just take the loss and never go back.

Super nice people that could converse with eloquence. Food was Arby’s quality food. Received some Intel regarding the three pepper sauce from a GM and HR rep. Write to corporate to save the three pepper sauce!

Today my family and I pulled up in the drive thru to order. This was our first time trying out Arby’s so I wasn’t sure of the menu. My son wanted to try the chicken strips and all I saw at the time was a two piece tender. So instead of holding the line up to look at the wide range menu I asked the employee did you all have anything bigger than a two count strip. Instead of her answering the question she proceeds to say “look at the menu” being that I work in HR that is absolutely the wrong thing to say to your customers. I explained the above reason of me thinking it was quicker to ask but NEVER would I of thought she would respond the way she did. It was very unprofessional and RUDE!!!
