I went into this restaurant watched a younger male employee making fun of another female employee who asked politely to stop but kept doing it to her. I do not like bullies and I will not be returning to this location again. Very disturbing behavior from that young boy.

We have stopped here twice – months apart. Both times waited 20 minutes for a small order for 2 people. Both times the workers were oblivious to the wait and not very friendly either.

Chicken sandwich was hard and dry. My wife’s been and cheddar was put together by seemingly a 2 year old. Been going to Arby’s forever, worst Arby’s I have ever been to.

Very disappointed I normally go to Weston Arby’s, but tonight I stopped in Jane Lew. Chicken sandwiches was cold, and they gave me a medium lemonade instead of a large they even up charged me. But the so called “large” is the same size as a medium. Very disappointing.

Amazing service! Hot food! Everyone was so friendly and made sure everything was going ok throughout my stay as I dined inside. The cashier even offered to refill my drink for me from the drink station! I have been to this location before and definitely didn’t have this experience or interaction! Amazing work Arbys keep it up!

Place was clean but I couldn’t tell you how their food was cuz I waited for 7 minutes at the register to make an order multiple people looked at me and all they wanted to do was take care of the drive-thru so I left. I’ve never been to a worse Arby’s in my life for service. Do yourself a favor and go to any other restaurant around here.
