I just ordered a Gyro with no tomato and a Italian beef dip… It was horrible all of it. First of my Gyro was poorly put together and my Italian beef dip was saturated with grease. Furthermore the staff where immature. Poor service, poor quality there Arby’s.

Food sandwiches are great but the Curly Fries are over done ✅ too dark to and crispy as well. This may hurt Sheetz has the Best Curly Fries out there had them as well!!!! They don’t overcook them either should learn from them. Or have a ⏱️ so they won’t be overcooked. Keep the regular fries and milk shakes as well.

everything about this Arbys restaurant is good, the food, the service, the cleanliness, accuracy of getting your order correct, everything is great, can’t give you five stars because I have to sit and open 20 dang little packages of ketchup before I enjoy my meal, touching these dirty little things, and god knows who and what has touched them, with god knows what on their hands, and now I have to suck ketchup off my fingers after every packet I open, so please, for the love of Christ, please put ketchup dispensers and cups out, I’m not really concerned if you make .15 cents more profit by using the pre-packed ketchup, it’s a matter of keeping customers happy

Curly fries were way too hard. We had to throw them away, but our sandwich was really good. The atmosphere was horrible due to the employees talking extremely loudly and laughing. Although they provided great service when we ordered our food. I felt it was disrespectful to the customers to be that loud while working.
