Update: I tried using the link included in Arby’s (owner) response and after filling everything out with details and photo, it gave me an error code. After multiple repeated tries, I’m posting a screenshot of the request code on here.
We were going to eat here, but not having a safe entrance made us leave. If you can’t be bothered to clear the main entrance for customers, then you apparently you don’t want any customers either. After attempting the very icy entrance, we left. It’s ridiculous that not one single employee or manager could be bothered to shovel the walkway and entrance. This place is not very senior friendly as we see it.

Their food seems to have less flavor when compared to, maybe, 20 years ago or so. They’re quite pricey these days too, even before the pandemic.

This Arby’s regularly provides great service and tasty food items. If you’re a carnivore, this should be your kind of place … it is mine. It always looks neat and clean. Your order is made (constructed) at the time you place it, so it’s always fresh and tasty.
Today I went with the King’s Hawaiian Sweet & Spicy Luau Chicken sandwich and it is very tasty. The pineapple habanero sauce that they are using on this item is delicious, without being overpowering. I hope this item stays around on the menu cause I’ll be returning to order another soon. You should try one for yourself.

Whoever was serving the drive thru on Thursday, July 31st, needs to be retrained. especially in her manners. She was VERY rude and very crocky.i ordered a French dip. She didn’t put the lid on my Asus, and it dumped all over me. And that was very hot. I replaced my original drink from the meal with a shake and was charged full price e for that as well, so I should have also received the drink that came with my meal..

Very good variety of “meaty” sandwiches. They don’t skimp on the meat either. My brother and I met our 91 year old dad there for Father’s Day. There were 7 of us. We all got something different and all of it was delicious. The orange creamsickle milkshake is to die for.
*** Since this post two years ago, dad passed at age 93. The Arby’s Reuben was absolutely his favorite sandwich in the entire world. Thanks to any Arby’s employee who knew dad and served him through the drive-thru. ****2/27….. I accidently deleted some pics so my adding them back.
