This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get a roast beef sandwich an hour before they closed only to be told there out of Roast Beef for the day! Wait what?! What’s the point of staying open until midnight if you can’t make peoples orders? This is completely ridiculous & pure laziness! Something has definitely happened because this used to be the best Arby’s in Huntington but has went completely downhill over the past 6 months. I will be calling corporate about this on Monday!

I live in Indiana, and was in the Corbin Barborsville area for a funeral this past week and stopped in at this location for a sandwich & fries. I noticed that this location had baked potatoes on their menu so I decided to try one.
I was in total SHOCK at the quality of this baked potato. I have had many baked potatoes in my 50 years, from the finest steak-houses, to all you can eat buffets, to most every fast food restaurant that serves them and this was by far the best baked potato I have ever had from a restaurant. It was steaming hot, cooked to perfection, with the perfect amount of butter and sour cream. Bravo Arbys . Its ALMOST worth the 3 hour trip just to have another one. Thank You! For reminding me how good a baked potato can be.

I hadn’t been to Arby’s in quite a while. Stopped in here while on a road trip and the food was really great. And even more than that, the employees were the best! A tearful elderly lady was having difficulty with her car. Her husband was contacted and while she was waiting, the staff made sure she got her food. Once her husband arrived, she got in his truck and one of the employees left driving her car while a second followed behind in his truck to give that employees a ride back! They went way out of their way to assist someone who needed help! Kuddos for being such caring members of your community!

How can a restaurant known for their Roast Beef not have enought just for one sandwich? Also the woman at the drive thru name Jessica N was rude. I am glad she dont work in the kitchen. She was one the front line scratching her private body parts NASTY. I will not be returning back to that restaurant.

The service was excellent but I burnt my mouth on the chicken and an hour later it still hurts. I understand ‘fast food’ wanting to be fast but an extra 30 seconds to let hot oil run off the chicken would be more beneficial.

I got 2 classic roast beefs and a French dip with crinkle fries. The fries were hot and crispy and the sandwiches were perfect. My French dip had just enough cheese to melt in my mouth and not a sloppy mess. I enjoy coming here because its very clean and the staff is friendly with great service.

I just picked up an order from Arby’s on RT 60 next to Wendy. Normally, they have great sandwiches. This order of 1. 1/2 lb Roast beef is the worst Arby’s sandwiche I have ever had in my entire life, and I’m 62 years old. The meat tasted old and burnt and the bun was wet. I give this as fair warming to future customers. Serving this type of sandwich to your customers will cost you in the end as I myself will never again spend a penny at that location. Extremely dissatisfied.

A quick stop on my way to a “rescue” situation.
I wanted some quick nutrition and asked for a roast beef “double” on pita bread, and they came through with flying colors.
I sauced it up the way I like it, and it was an easy to eat quick shot of protein. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that is including the restroom break, which may have necessitated the stop
I know I could have taken it with me, but I’m at an age that I no longer like to gobble things down and not remember what I ate. Food and service were both better than I was expecting.

Ordered a meat &3 box with the fish sandwich everything was good except the pop it was flat needed to change the box please keep an eye on that
