The meat from my sandwich from this Arby’s on 5th was hard, dried and black (see picture). Absolutely disgusting. When I went to the counter to complain there were no employees to be found. I will never return. This was not the first time to get old meat, but the worst. This was Dec 2nd 10:30am 2025.

Even though the didn’t have what we wanted (out of stock until the following day), what we did order was good, hot and fresh. We appreciated the service and the quality they delivered for our drive up order. The only thing we would suggest is, for the person bringing our food to the car, it’s okay to make eye contact and smile

Never had a problem with this location but yesterday they were making everyone in the drive through go park and wait on the food after we paid. I waited almost 20 minutes for a beef and cheddar and small fry. I was told there was a new manager and that was the reason for the delay. They got a new manager but lost a customer for good.

I LOVE Arby’s, but my sandwich was not very good this time. The roast beef that was on it wasn’t like usual, more of an end piece and very thickly cut. I must say I was very disappointed , but the fries were good.

Visited around 8:30 pm on September 12th. They are severely understaffed. The two employees I encountered were very professional and friendly and the food was good. However, they may have been the only two working there because it took nearly a half hour to get my order in the drive thru. Get those guys some help or you won’t have anybody working for you.
