We ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich, a double beef n’ cheddar meal, and a #5 chicken sandwich meal. I’ve enjoyed the brisket sandwich from other locations, but this was sub-par. Less meat, barely any bbq, and a total of four ‘crispy fries’ on top.
Beef n’ cheddar meal same story. I reconsidered plain roast beef to upgrade to have the cheddar – where’s it at?? The curly fries came out as a cup full of short ends (only caught a picture of half). #5 had an alright chicken sandwich and some larger fries but that must have been the end of their lunch batch .
Ironically I chose this location on my road trip as opposed to surrounding exits because it was reviewed slightly higher.

Food was ridiculous cold never again . I door dashed my order and the driver was quick with her time getting it to me . My entire order was cold and my medium fry literally was even full. DO NOT door dash here if you do eat here come get it cause these folks do not care anymore what they give you !!!!!

Went through the drive thru a few hours ago thought it was odd that it looked empty. I thought it had closed down or moved but i saw one car that looked like it was leaving the drive thru so I pulled in and the girl working the window was nice, food was ready pretty fast, a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and a chicken bacon swiss meal. Curly fries were good but both chicken sandwiches? I dont think I ever had a bad meal at arbys, i dont go there as often as I do other places but its always been pretty good but the chicken was inedible. Every bite had some nasty grisel or something to where I had to spit it out. My wife couldnt eat hers either and so for $30 we got 2 little potato cake things, 2 orders of curly fries and 2 sodas… Now i think i know why it looked like a ghost town while chik-fila and taco bell right there were packed. The lil piece on the right was what i spit out…

I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! Thank you to the staff of the Foxcroft Ave Arbys on 1/30/2022 for such a great experience with your restaurant!

So…for a fast food restaurant burger this Waygu Bacon Ranch Steakhouse burger is actually really delicious…cooked still pink in the middle and fresh lettuce, tomatoes and red onions makes for a tastier burger than you can buy at any other fast food place and most other restaurants as well…Great crinkle city fries and I love…love…love the Horseradish sauce…it’s even good on the fries…LOL…give it a try you will not be disappointed!

The #1 half-pound is supposed to have cheddar in the middle and on top of the sandwich. I subbed turkey for the beef. Ordered it hot. Confirmed at the window they made it hot, and it was cold with only cheese on top. The lady at the window was rude about the fact I ordered it hot, and still chose to give it to us cold. I’m pregnant and can’t eat it cold, so I went inside.
There was a wonderful lady at the inside counter who made sure they made my sandwich the way I ordered it. Hot, and with the correct amount of cheese for the sandwich. The food was amazing once made the correct way.

Good orange creamsicle shake. REALLY DISAPPOINTED though that they STOPPED SELLING ONION RINGS!!!???
What were they thinking? If you Google onion rings they are rated #1 for fast food onion rings. So why Arby’s? For sweet potato waffle fries? They are gone now too.
I hope you don’t think those tasteless crinkle fries are worth it. You may have the meats, but you’re losing customers who love the rings. SMH
