The people here are really fun. The food…what can you say it’s Arby’s. My food came out hot and as expected. But the thing that caught my eye most was it was really really clean for an Arby’s. Just waiting area and gets eating area was really nice and look like it been newly renovated. The Arby’s attached to a truck stop so there’s also plenty available in there.

I stopped to eat something I ordered 3 gyro, when I start eating the second one, I found a hair in the food. When I called them. They said they should go back to replace or refund but I drive 18 wheeler so it’s kind of hard to turn back. They should figure out something that other location would replace you the food or give your refund.

My husband and myself stopped here to eat and get gas. We were hungry and thought arbys would be a great place to go. We were wrong. The roast beef for the sandwiches were so thick that it didn’t even taste right. The fries were cold. The person at the register was sooo rude.

Went in last night and I ordered a chicken snack wrap and a roast beef sandwich. I was served a OLD piece of chicken in my wrap. Too bad I was only on a 30 minute lunch break. Also, the staff was not present. A pilot cashier had to go over and get workers from the back to serve me. 0/10

How can i even rate thisnplace when it closed before its time. It literally says 1 am closing time. That its open to then arrove and they place a trash can in front of the drive thru to blovk anyone from going in. To avoid the censors im sure, Of the amount of people who go through the drive thru if they have it. Wow. Very classy.

Older lady behind the counter actually leaning on the back counter, acted like we were bothering her by coming in. I started my order saying I’d like a regular roast beef sandwich only she gave me a total price. I said we are going to add things. My husband was standing right beside me. She said, “Well, you stopped!” Very rude. Then he added his order, and other sandwich and two drinks. My husband went to get drinks there was no ice. By now she’s back to leaning on the back counter. He asks, can I get some ice? She, very rudely said “NO, you have to get it from the machine. I can’t be giving it away!” These are drinks we paid for remember. Then he said there is no ice in the machine. (Like we didn’t try that first.) she tells us we have to get it from the adjoining store. If this lady if so miserable in her job she should quit!! Miserable human being never said hello, good bye, thank you nothing!!

This is an above average Arby’s. The food tasted great and everything was fresh. The staff was nice and polite. Clean facility that’s attached to the Pilot truck stop.
