The hamburger was pretty good for a place not known for hamburgers and the bacon was kinda crispy how I like it on the burger. The curley fries was tasty and lightly salted how I like. Couldn’t make chicken wraps which kinda sucked though. Overall not a bad place to eat.

Arby’s is about the only fast food restaurant I go to anymore, this location is a hit or a miss, most of the time when I order sides like fries or jalapeño bites, they’re rarely cooked fresh, I seem to get food that’s been sitting under the heating lamps for a while, have to go back and ask for fresh cooked, why isn’t management supervising food prep and quality?. Staff friendliness is also a hit or a miss. I never have these problems at the Arby’s on Oakvale Rd. This location needs to do better.

Cashier that took my order was not friendly and didn’t act like he wanted to be there. I had a take out order I asked for a grilled chicken club wrap got a fried chicken wrap. Ask for sauce for my nuggets got none. Over all experience was not good. I usually love Arby’s but that was not a good experience.

Always enjoy a good roast beef sandwich. With their 4 for $10 sandwich offer this is better than any burger place in my opinion. Service was good although the window person could have been friendlier.

Our Arby’s is always good. It’s very rare that I have gotten food to go or eat in, and it is cold, old, and gross. They seem to maintain a level of good food. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly… except for the chick that worked with my husband years ago. She was a bit tooo friendly, but that’s a story for another time.

The recent menu at Arby’s has been a big game changer. Less grease and better grade of food seems to be. We have many eating places locally and Arby’s has something different than the others. Arby’s has been here for many years The staff and the food seem better than they ever have.

Was visiting family so I didn’t eat here like my local Arby’s, but I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and the wrap was really hard. Tore most of it off…. Maybe bc it was 10:30 and they were closing soon…. But the fries were fresh! The meat was tasty and service was friendly.
