Ordered Roast Beef sliders after a long day at work on 2-2-2026 around 7:30pm
Talk about totally un-fresh…wow and yuck! Someone microwaved the total life out of these two little fellas geez people, if the meat is steaming like it’s 1,000 degrees and your teeth can’t tear through the bread, it’s definitely DEATH by microwaving The extra extra hot grease running out was also a clue. I deserve better for my money.

Slowest drive through in Danville. Orders are consistently wrong and old/cold. You are better off picking up a deli pack of roast beef and an onion roll at food lion.

I will NOT be back!!! My big issue is the DOG that was allowed into the restaurant As far as I could tell the girl with the dog did not even order anything, but when the woman working the drive thru- with headset- noticed her, she came from behind the counter and petted the dog. She then went right back behind the counter and was touching food, without washing her hands. Disgusting…
The water pouring out of the soda machine, the no condiments, and the non curly curly fries are the least of their problems. The lady with pink hair was courteous though.

I was on business in the Danville, VA area.
As soon as I saw the old school, retro hat signage at this Arby’s, I knew I would be unable to pass it by.
The ladies working the morning of 28 January 2025 were some of the nicest folks I have encountered in a while.
I was in about 20 minutes before the lunch rush started.
Made me feel welcome like an old friend & a VIP, though I have never been there before.
My food was fresh, hot & tasty.
I got the mozzarella sticks, small & a drink.
It was so good, I had to ring the bell on the way out!
I had never rang the Arby’s bell before at any location.
The store was clean, as was the bathroom.
Well stocked in condiments & bathroom supplies.
I will stop there again next trip to Danville!
I can’t wait!

Shout out to the new manager Erica and her team for bringing new improved positive change to our Arby’s. All businesses have ups and downs and this one definitely had completely reached the bottom. Well I had heard it was under new management so I decided to give them a second chance today and wow glad I did. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The employees were friendly, smiling, helpful and courteous. The food was hot and fresh, the sandwich actually had the right amount of roast beef that was perfectly cooked. It’s nice to see the positive direction this restaurant has started on. Well done

Worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I’m assuming they burnt the bread trying to distract from the fact the meat and everything else was cold. The bottom bun was so hard. We weren’t offered any napkins or sauce. The soft drinks were flat. I do not recommend going near this place.

These guys forgot to return my credit card sorry I paid for my order, I didn’t realize it until I was 30 minutes away. Called them, yup they had it, no apologies, oops sorry we kept your credit card! When I got back there to pick it up, again no apologies, just handed me my card like it was a normal routine. Be aware and make sure you get your card back! Food was good, service not great…
