TL;DR: Consistently one of the best fast-food options in Lynchburg. Food is fresh, staff is friendly, and the location is always clean.
Why My Rating (5/5 stars)
Food: Arby’s is already superior fast food, and this location proves it. Sandwiches come out hot, fries are crisp, and my order has been correct across multiple visits. Today’s meal was no exception fresh and satisfying. Beef and Cheddar with bacon… are you kidding me.
Atmosphere: Comfortable for a fast-food spot. The dining area feels open and well-kept. Not fancy, but a solid place to eat in or grab and go.
Staff: They have always polite and welcoming when we’ve been there. Service today was fast, and in the past they’ve handled small requests or corrections without issue.
Cleanliness: Excellent. Tables, floors, and restrooms are consistently clean, even during busy hours.
Price: Standard Arby’s pricing. Slightly higher than burger chains, but worth it for the quality and variety.
Final Thought: This Arby’s has become my favorite fast-food restaurant in Lynchburg. Steady, reliable, and a cut above the rest.

I went the through the drive thru at this location tonight and they got my order wrong. Which isn’t a huge deal I just circled back to get it fixed. At the window the girl asked what order I had and what was wrong. I told her I got the wrong fries. She looked at the computer and didn’t even look back at me and said “they rang you up for crinkle fries” and just stood there. I told her I didn’t order that and she just repeated “you were rang up for crinkles fries.” Then when I told her for the third time I didn’t order crinkle fries and that it didn’t matter what they rang me up for if it’s not what I ordered and she said “well did you say curly?” And when I told her yes she said she would have to rang me up again and charge ME for the curly fries I ordered and should have already gotten. Absolutely awful customer service. Her attitude was awful and she obviously didn’t give crap about them making a mistake. I’m not a “the customer is always right” kind of person but she barely cared enough to even look at me. I get that fries aren’t that big of a deal but I specifically went to Arby’s to get curly fries as a little surprise for my friend that loves them. I’m not even someone that goes back when their order is wrong I usually just go with it but it was for a friend. Now the surprise is ruined and so is my night.

Smooth sailing, no rats perfectly describes my dining experience. Stevie took my order and being new, management was there to provide support. The restaurant was clean and kitchen run in an orderly fashion. This Arby’s will leave you satisfied!

Like this Arby’s but the service depends on who is working.
The shift leader gave me less than half full fries with our meals. Then I ordered sandwiches to go for my kids and my son finds a hair in his beef in cheddar. It was literally In between the meat.

I stop in this location from time to time and grab something. From 2-5pm weekdays, they have a happy hour where items are discounted so that is a plus to eat after the lunch rush. Their counter person Desmond does a fantastic job at getting your order, making sure it is correct and on top of that, is friendly and courteous. A great addition to the staff all around! Have been ordering via Door Dash here a few times a week after work and the past two times we have put our order in ($30 orders before dasher tips and things) to be told they do not have Cherry Turnovers or Roast Beef. Disappointing coming from the fast food chain that is most known for their Roast Beef…. something of which they constantly do not have apparently. Crazy part is it locks a dasher into losing money and waiting for the order or kicking it and taking the hit via Door Dash to continue to make money simply because this location cannot seem to have things in stock hours before the store closes.

Purchased Roast Beef Sandwiches and they were the worst Arbys sandwich I ever had that was bad . I mean no harm when I say this only honest opinion , they’ve got a long way to go to taste like a good Arby’s Sandwich . We hold Arbys to a higher standard than this .
