I love their crinkle fries and I used to go in and order at least 3 or 4 times a week every week but the manager and assistant manager said something to me about it and gave me dirty looks so I stopped going, I know they don’t like me but it’s okay because I’ve given my business to somewhere else but in Tennessee.

Ordered Chicken tenders, fries, a bowl of Mac n cheese and 2 drinks. The restaurant was clean and the lady at the counter was very nice, but the food was not good.
The chicken tenders and fries didn’t taste good. The chicken tenders tasted fishy and the curly fries tasted off. I think something is wrong with the oil they cook it. The Mac n cheese was cold and tasted bland, but was okay to eat. This isn’t the Arby’s I remember enjoying.
I don’t have high expectations for fast food, but for the price of everything I would expect the food to at least taste okay. I couldn’t finish the chicken or fries because it made me feel a bit nauseous after a few bites.

The fries were extremely fresh bc the lady that took our order cooked them for us to make sure they weren’t soggy and cold. Another lady working there was wiping the tile down to ensure everything was clean before closing. Wonderful staff!!

The food just isn’t tasty..the roast beef had no flavor. You shouldn’t have to add condiments to make it taste flavorful. The service was quick, and the store and the restrooms were clean.
