Food was ok service was fine but my curly fries were so small they had no curl. Looked like I got the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Roast beef dou le was not very warm…

I eat here regularly with roast beef sandwiches and curly fries with a drink. It’s my ‘go-to’ fast food meal right now. While the food and service is great, I also wanted to take a moment to give a big SHOUT OUT KUDOS to this Arby’s location specifically for their generous donations towards the Glade Spring Soup Kitchen. Trust me when I say this; Our community both recognizes and values these contributions.
As far as the restaurant itself, it’s always been very clean when I go inside, and the food is always made fresh; I’ve never gotten cold food from this location. They’re also really good about following directions for the smaller stuff- like asking for no ice in soft drinks, or no arbys sauce on a roast beef… that kind of thing. And they are also not stingy with the sauces if you ask for extra (unlike some other VERY CLOSE-BY fast food places do, I won’t mention the name.)

I went at 10:30 pm .. they handed me my food. I pulled over to eat it.. curry fries had been reheated and sent out the window couldn’t even eat them.. you should definitely teach your employees if you wouldn’t eat it don’t send it out the window..

Walked in and didn’t even get to order. A woman whom I believe to be the manager was raising her voice at the younger employees in a manner I found quite upsetting. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed behavior like that in a place of business. Train your managers better!

Ask for a cheese substitute and without even telling me there was a $1 charge for the substitute of cheese sauce instead of cheddar slice so I then asked for the original cheese to be added too. The guy putting my sandwich together puts the cheese slice on top of the bun instead of inside the sandwich. Customer service is definitely a dying thing.

I didn’t even get to eat. I went at 11:25 PM. They close at midnight. The drive thru has a recorded message asking you to order when you’re ready. Then you never get a response. I backed up the car eventually and pulled forward again to reset the sensor and I got a DIFFERENT recording asking to take my order. So I pulled up to the window and there was only one employee just cleaning equipment. If you’re going to list your hours you should honor them. And if you’re not going to honor them, TURN THE DRIVE THRU OFF
