We had to wait forever on the food. The cashier rang up the wrong items, and we had to wait again to get it fixed. No apologies from anyone. The lobby desperately needed attention, most of the tables had not been cleaned or the lobby area swept in awhile. The food was lukewarm and we didn’t feel like waiting once again to get it resolved. To note, after our experience, 5 others had their orders messed up.

We sat at drive thru for 6 or 7 minutes. No one ever took our order. We pulled around behind 2 vehicles after they pulled out, no one came to the window to apologize or take our order. We left W/O ordering.

This was a horrible experience in food service all together. We sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no staff ever saying a word to us. When we finally ordered and purchased our 30-35 dollar purchase. We spent an astonishing 25-30 minutes waiting for sub par very poor service and not so great food for the ridiculous wait.

I order 1/2 roast beef(how can you ness that up) 2 white cheddar Mac n cheese- I really liked it. But I was most excited for the new spicy chicken. I ordered without jalapenos. This is my fish sandwich. Mind you this is how it was wrapped and it felt squished for some reason. This was the worse service I have ever had and the bad part the manager Candice was on the line and was the one bagging. So she knew exactly what I was getting! This is horrible.

It’s Arby’s you know what you are getting. Staff was unorganized. Really backed up. The manager came out and got things moving. I saw a women wipe her forehead with her hand then grab the carton to put fries in with the same hand. I saw her outside vaping then came back in the store to serve food. Never washed her hands. I try not to hate on fast food and their workers because I understand how difficult the job can be, so if something is slightly mixed up I can understand, HOWEVER, when I get something completely different it ticks me off. I wanted to try one of the new bourbon bbq chicken sliders before heading home, about 30 minutes away. I ordered it with no pickles. When I got home I got the bourbon bbq RIB slider with pickles. Different meat and an unwanted topic. For the price of Arby’s now it is absolutely ridiculous to mess up this bad constantly.

They got the 4 roast beef for 10 bucks deal and I got 8 of them and all of them were dry af.. it was like tryn to eat a roast beef flavored sponge… Maybe they were old bc of the sale but they had to be 3 or 4 hours old.. bc even with 4 packs of sauce it still was so dry I got choked and didn’t even one of the 8 sandwiches

Ok. Sooooooooo. I ordered some cookies. I didn’t get what I ordered but they tried fixing it by baking more for me…which they did. However the ones they gave me weren’t cooked all the way. Either way. I can bake them more and I appreciate y’all trying to fix the mishap. Till next time
