We were greeted when we came in. We were told what sandwiches were on sale right off without having to ask. All of the employees seemed to be happy and working well together.
Our food was fresh and hot. I got the two original roast beef that are on sale and my husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich combo. Great customer service and hot, fresh and tasty food! We will stop by this location again.

The Arby’s sauce was empty, the pump type were you use the little white cups. The Dr Pepper drink kept spraying on my hand even though I had the cup under the spot to pour into my cup. Then when I finally got to start eating, took a drink if Dr Pepper and mixture was off, nasty tasting. I went back to machine, pour out the Dr Pepper and got Root Beer, it was GOOD. root beer.

IN ONE EVENING AFTER WORK TO GET AN ORDER TO GO. THE GENTLEMAN THAT TOOK OUR ORDER PUT OUR FOOD ON A TRAY AND THEN MY HUSBAND SAID WE NEEDED IT TO GO..HE GRABBED THE FOOD AND SPILLED THE FRYS WHILE DOING IT AND THEN DIDNT BOTHER BUT GIVING US ONE DRINK, SO I HAD TO ASK FOR THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE AGAIN. EMPLOYEE WASN’T VERY ATTENTIVE. FOOD WAS OKAY, BJT SERVICE WAS AWFUL.

I order 1/2 roast beef(how can you ness that up) 2 white cheddar Mac n cheese- I really liked it. But I was most excited for the new spicy chicken. I ordered without jalapenos. This is my fish sandwich. Mind you this is how it was wrapped and it felt squished for some reason. This was the worse service I have ever had and the bad part the manager Candice was on the line and was the one bagging. So she knew exactly what I was getting! This is horrible.

I have no complaints about the food or the service. It’s usually really good. I love the roast beef. Always have. But this evening I placed an order through the drive thru. Actually I places 2. I had a friend with me. I told the person taking the order to please make sure to give us plenty of Arby’s Sauce. They said they would. When I pulled up to the window I asked the girl to please make sure to give plenty of Arby’s Sauce. She said ok. We got 3 packs in our bags. That was for 3 sandwiches. If I hadn’t of ask for plenty I wouldn’t be upset, but I asked twice and still only got 3 packs. I don’t live locally to where I could have went back. So please ask your employees to pay attention to what the costumers ask. Thank you very much.

Ok. Sooooooooo. I ordered some cookies. I didn’t get what I ordered but they tried fixing it by baking more for me…which they did. However the ones they gave me weren’t cooked all the way. Either way. I can bake them more and I appreciate y’all trying to fix the mishap. Till next time

Normally a decent and good experience but I went 3 days ago around 8 pm and ordered a half lb roast beef and a prime rib and I was in drive through for 45 min no exaggeration. But typically it’s a quicker experience. I took a pic of the number for complaints. If it continues and take that long again then I will be calling to complain.
