We celebrate my mom’s heavenly birthday every year having dinner at Arby’s, which was her favorite. When I heard that the World’s largest was just 30mins away, we made plans to celebrate here this year. It’s a massive place. Very rustic looking, reminded me of Great Wolf Lodge. There are some oversized chairs, a fireplace and large outdoor patio. Staff was super nice. Shawn the manager was very helpful with some questions we had. The food was average though. The potatoes cakes were a little over cooked. My wife didn’t like the au-just sauce, she was questioning if they changed recipe. Our mozzarella sticks were a little cold. Zucchini bread was kicking and my beef n cheddar was pretty good. If you’re near, its a cool stop and be able to say you’ve been to the biggest.

I have eaten here before without any major issues. Tonight I called back because my chicken was undercooked and the meat was not separating from the bone easily. The manager (or person I spoke with) David informed me of the temperature checks and that all internal temps were accurate before being sold. This chicken IS NOT properly cooked. I was told to bring the chicken back in as if I lived around the corner.

Definitely worth checking out! This is no ordinary Arby’s it’s actually the largest Arby’s in the country, and you can tell the moment you walk in. The interior is absolutely beautiful, with upscale finishes and decor inspired by Arby’s original retro roots mixed with a modern, almost lodge style design.
They don’t just serve your standard menu here they offer extras like ice cream, chicken dinners, and even Mexican BBQ. It’s like a fast casual fusion with something for everyone.
We ordered the classic Beef ‘n Cheddar and fries, and it was fantastic. Hot, fresh, and flavorful exactly what you hope for from Arby’s, but in a much more elevated setting. The atmosphere really made the experience special. Outside, there’s plenty of seating with both covered and uncovered areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your meal.

I used to like this place the food was great and the customer service was great also. Lately though the food quality has gone down and their is no customer service. The last time I went there I was waiting in line there was a couple of people in front of me the girl took their orders but when it was my turn she walked away and started to talk to some guy I waited but she never came back to take my order. I will never go back there again.

My son got very sick right in the restaurant, after eating the rotisserie chicken that was undercooked raw in the inside. ( I have pictures and video )
I also did show the manager the inside of the chicken and she noted that it was raw inside. The manager did refund the cost of his meal, but that was pretty much it. There was no apology or anything said on what was gonna get done to ensure food safety in the future.
It was a disappointing experience because it’s a really nice restaurant as far as the interior and we’ve been going there for many years.

I remember when it first opened 20years ago. It was big, with giant comfy chairs, a lot of “cowboy” decorations (celebrating a guy who I don’t remember his name) and 3 restaurants in addition to Arby’s. Now it’s just big and clean – @ 7 pm on a Saturday, there were only 5 guests; it should be clean. The food was definitely fast food. VEGETARIANS STAY HOME. My salad was soft and wilted. His sandwich seemed smaller than we remember. The Mac and cheese was acceptable fast food Mac and cheese. The curly fries had no seasoning. The milkshake was good and the zucchini bread bites were the best part of the meal. If you want to go see the “biggest Arby’s in the country” find a video on YouTube and be done. It’s definitely not worth a 2 hour drive; may not be worth a 10 min drive unless you really want an Arby’s roast beef sandwich.

We ordered burgers and I had a shake. My husband had the steak bite burger, he really liked it. The burgers and Arby fries were good, just what we wanted. Shake also was just what I was craving. Place is very clean and service is fast. I really like that there is still an Arby’s like this one, where you can take-out vastness, but sitting in restaurant feel. We will probably comeback because we feel like you will get what you expect and a little more from an Arby’s.

A beautiful lodge, that boasted a roaring hearth, majestic wood panels, and wise quotes from the founder, Will Rogers. jolly tunes played from a piper, while juicy chickens roasted over a spit. The food, while perhaps basic, was well made, especially that of the fried and curled potatoes. The inn-worker, Mohamed, treated us kindly and delivered our meal with all due haste. We were easily able to find seating next to a glorious tree that arose from the center of the tavern. I would most certainly recommend this lodging to all who seek it out as I have.

I’m highly disappointed at the food and the level of service received today at this Arby’s in colonial heights, Va. Upon getting the food it was all cold. The fries were hard and cold. The roast beef had enough lettuce on it to make a salad. The cheese in the mozzarella stick was hard and chewy. I immediately shared my experience with the manger and instead of apologizing she along with her staff began laughing.
