I ordered a Reuben sandwich. I got almost no meat no sauerkraut and all bread. When I called the store. I spoke to slim. Who was the self proclaimed manager. After stating to him that the meat of my sandwich was smaller than I’ve ever gotten before I got hung up on But not before he yelled “oh my God” In the tone of I’m not trying to hear this. Like a whiney teenager when you ask them why there is dirty dishes in their room. I called back, and he hung up on me again. Sooooo rude! I know good help is hard to find, but we can’t find better than this?!

I don’t know who the store manager is but you really need to get your restaurant together why are you allowing your employees to serve old food. The steak bites and chicken tenders were so dry smh they had to have been sitting for at least an hour. Food is too expensive for yall to be serving cold and old food. $41 down the drain cause who is about to argue with a fast food worker they obviously don’t care.

Ordered the 2 can dine for 9.99 and the coupon reads Includes 2 classic Roast Beef Sandwiches,2 Medium fries and 2 soft drinks and we asked for crinkle fries and just because the cashier could not change it to crinkle fries she would not let us have them even though the prices were the same and the coupon was not specific on fries, she would not give us crinkle fries. Make the music more appropriate for all not just the employees.

Young girl was sweeping the floor and didn’t wash her hands afterwards as she made the curly fries up and put them in a box then bag .She was friendly, but that is very nasty . U should always wash your hands when dealing with food. I use to be an inspector so always remember people are always watching. Make it a habit. People are dying from germs EVERYDAY

This Arby’s is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good, fast, and fresh. Other times it seems dated and the service isn’t friendly. It all depends on the day.

I went in and ordered 2 chicken sliders and asked for a order of fries she asked which kind I said regular she then said so you want curly very rude I said oh no the plain again very rude she said the regular are the curly and rolled her eyes. I told her I was sorry I didn’t think of that again she rolled her eyes at me. The fries that were there looked like they had been there for a while they didn’t make fresh ones I finally got my order and left. When I got to work and I got my food out of the bag I couldn’t believe what I saw both of the sliders were in a ball stuck to the paper and the fries of course were ice cold so $ 8.02 down the drain couldn’t go back so had to wait till my break at 7 pm I bought lunch at 12:32 . I called to speak with a manager this morning and the kid who answered the phone told me he was to busy to come to the phone I called at 10:30 am Arby’s just isn’t what it used to be your employees are just there for a check they do not care about customers

I would have rather had a lil mayo with my sandwich rather than have chicken with my mayo! This is absolutely ridiculous. Only thing I said was no tomato. Didn’t think that equated to 4x the mayo. Money wasted today. Shame on you sandwich maker
