My mother goes to this Arby’s often. She wanted to give a shout out to the manager Brian. He always makes sure her food is correct and HOT. He always comes to speak to her and always has a smile on his face. Customer service is top tier. She can not brag enough about how great they always treat her at this location.

TLDR: wait when no one there; wait for order (pulled ahead), still didn’t get crispy fries, cheese sticks not good, didn’t get any sauces even after asking.

My rating: Just close the restaurant.

Had to wait when I pulled up even though there was no one in line. I asked for crispy fries, they were definitely not. Had to wait for cheese sticks and yet they couldn’t have made fresh fries if I already was going to have to wait for the cheese sticks? The cheese sticks were unremarkable in every way; ended up throwing them out. Asked only for Arby’s sauce: did it get ANY sauces. Terrible.

Normally you get the same experience at fast food places. You come in, you order, and you get your food…with minimal, if any interaction from people working there. Tonight, my partner and I had an unexpected positive fast food visit thanks to Brad. He was super friendly and funny. However, he totally judged me (jokingly) for wanting honey mustard sauce, and there wasn’t any in the bag when we got home. 🙁 The restaurant was decorated for Halloween, which was super cute, and the other employees seemed to be happy and get along with each other.

This place service is horrible took forever to get our food they forgot the dessert we ordered when first brought it out and why ask if we want sauce if you don’t give the sauce we asked for. Was no other cars when we showed up this place needs to evaluate the workers for sure.

Don’t waste your time there’s a Popeye’s next door. I went to the drive through while waiting for the pharmacy at Kroger and nobody was at the window. I went inside and got in line, nobody was at the counter. The worst part was the smell. The greasy smell stimulated my gag reflex and I ran out of the place and almost vomited on the floor.

We were the only people in the restaurant. The cashier was very friendly. We waited several minutes for our food and we enjoyed watching football while we waited. We took our food and are in the car. The fries were cold and there was a hair in my chicken sandwich. I know it wasn’t mine because mine is slicked back and in a bun. The food was very disappointing.

I still don’t understand why you can’t give zero stars. just stopped past the battlefield location & asked for a fish sandwich 3 times in the drive through after the associate came back giggling on the intercom. yes you can make food at home but my mother just got out of urgent care from a infection that has her eye drooping so yes at this moment connivence is best. each time she stated she couldn’t hear me , i asked her would she like me to come to the window her response was no ! i just want you to speak louder … but you heard that okay. Came to the one on woodland by kroger spoke in the same tone the young man assisted me and i’m sitting in my car waiting on my fresh food to come out to me. These jobs need to do a thorough evaluation on who they bring into the business & not just to meet drive thru times and standards. This is coming from someone who started at wendy’s and mcdonald’s as my first jobs. If you don’t want to come to work SIMPLY DONT COME . We all have free will use it .

Use to be my favorite fast food place. Went there and spent 46 dollars. Normally the food is good. But on this occasion things changed. Had to wait for the chicken which is not a problem, the problem is that they were burned ( over cooked ) to the point you could chip a tooth on them. Also opened the Mac and cheese to find it had been half eaten ( fork and/or spoon marks ). After these discoveries we chose not to eat anything else from the bag because it seemed the food was missing handled. When I went to the store to see if they were interested in trying to make it right, they passed me off to 3 different people and they weren’t very interested in hearing about it. And they offered to give me a free Mac and cheese. So I guess customer service and satisfaction are NOT important, at least not at this location. There’s other places out there that will at least try to get the job done right.

If I am near a Arby’s I will always stop in. It’s a nice break from burgers all the time. I love their curly fries
