Went here for dinner on 11/11/24. The first thing I noticed was the gigantic sign. I think it was the biggest sign on that road. It did not take me long to order, and staff was nice. I ordered classic roast beef combo with curly fried and Dr. Pepper for the drink. The roast beef was packed with meat, it was fresh, bun was soft, and curly fries were hot. I would highly recommend this location. I will definitely go back here when I back in the area to photograph bald eagles.

We were in the area. Wow, a nice new Arby’s .
But they don’t have the menus hanging, Only a couple standing on the counter in front of the cashier, then couldn’t see what to offer when others were ordering.
Lots of different sitting arrangements. Nice for a family of 7. Plus outlets to charge. Nice and clean.
They had a couple different food options than other locations, well my home area.

Done with this location. I spent $27 on a mobile order. I ordered it 10 minutes before l got to the drive thru. You say it’s not ready then l wait 10 more minutes to get the wrong sandwich and no marina sauce for the cheese sticks. McDonald’s can handle mobile orders and they’re a lot busier.

Worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. The first thing that I noticed was there was no effort made to clear the drive-through of ice, so customers were slipping and spinning wheels as they try to proceed. The person working the drive-through had a bad attitude and even mumbled something to her coworker because I asked for an extra bag to keep my meat/three box warm. To top things off, I could tell that all of my food was fried in old grease. The potato cakes were drenched in old grease and so was the dessert and cheese sticks. The only thing they got right was the sandwich, and that was just roast beef and bread. This location is a terrible representation of the Arby’s brand.

I ordered on the app. When I went to pick it up I was 8 minutes early. I told the woman on the intercom my information and I knew I was a few minutes early. She told me she didn’t have an order for me. I said I would drive up and show her my order and the confirmation number. When I got there she said she didn’t have my order. Another women who I guess was the manager came around the window and told me that they don’t get the orders until 5 mins before pick up time. So I told the first woman I would come in and get it. When I parked and walked in the order was still not ready. The young man who helped me had to ask twice for the order. The manager told him that I couldn’t get the order until the time promised. This was way over the time. He went back there himself and got my order. The woman was badmouthing me as I left. I was not rude to anyone. When I finally got to eat my sandwich I was very disappointed. I love Arby’s. I was not impressed with the food or the service.

The staff was super friendly. They were training someone new in the kitchen, so the food took a little longer, but they were very nice about explaining the situation and even gave us a free shake for the inconvenience. They were truly wonderful.

We stopped in at the Arby’s at 8201 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Richmond, Virginia 45 minutes before their closing. The $7 Greek Gyro meal was budget friendly and good. They were not stingy on the lamb or the fries. The staff was courteous and tables cleaned. We were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for the great service!

Arby’s employees are rushing to fast they don’t take the time to toast the buns for the roast beef sandwiches. It’s not the first time. You want to give excellent customer service. Do not give up on the details! Feb 7, 2024 I haven’t been to Arby’s in a long time. I’ve taken my wife to Dr. appt. She’s, not feeling 100% after. She decided we to go to Arby’s on the way home. Were in the drive-thru ordering 2 Roast Beef with Cheddar, 2 Curly fries, and 2 Lemonade. Everything looked fine until we got home my wife spoke about the small quantity of curly fries she poured out to share with our 3-year-old son. What came out was deep-fryer trash. What is that??? I don’t know!!!! Curly fries straight into the trash. This is the reason why I’ve cut back and cut out some fast-food restaurants. There is another one added to the list.

Chicken appears raw, very pink inside. The on duty manager told me it was cooked by computer, not human error and that he guaranteed it was ok to eat. Well I told him..people eat with their eyes. Therefore, even if it’s done, no one wants to eat pink chicken knowing that usually eating pink chicken is a sign of being undercooked. The manager was very polite and apologized, he even offered me another dinner but atp if the computer is cooking it, I don’t want it. These issues causes an inconvenience because no one has time to be doubling back to get food when they’re on their way to work. Now I’m at work with no lunch. Lastly, this isn’t the first time and I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but I won’t be going back to this particular location. This location is the only one that gives me pink chicken and tells me it’s ok to eat.
