food is always good despite the service you receive at this establishment, i had already ate the other cobbler roll and i picked up the last one and saw the deeper indent, no worries figured someone pushed their thumb through, until i flipped it over and there was a matching indent as if someone bit into it, that being said check your food over i definitely dont want a random strangers bodily fluids touching me let alone being in my food. disgusting

Always like to stop by to get a roast beef which is generally consistently done well. My beef is with service. Never seems to be busy when we stop by. Forget about service at the drive through. You will not be noticed at the order speaker. Slow on inside also. Hard to imagine the owners can not find employees that care. You could make 10 times the sales if you would recruit decent workers. May be you should rethink your pay scales or sell it to someone that understands how to motivate staff.

I ordered two beef and cheddars, and somebody put sauce on them. I don’t know if it was Arby’s sauce but it tasted sweeter than usual. I’ve never once had a beef and cheddar that came with sauce already put on it and I’ve eaten hundreds of them. It was gross.

I decided to check out this location last week. I went through the drive through and I was all confused because I haven’t been to an Arby’s in years. But the girl taking my order was so sweet and she was very patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. When I got to the window the same girl and another lady working there saw my dog and offered me a pup cup. I believe their names were Arielle and Mary. and while I waited for my food they were asking me about my dog and helped answer a few other questions I had about the menu. They were so sweet and had such positive attitudes. I came back again today and the service I received was just as amazing. I will definitely be coming back!

I would give 0 if possible. My sandwich that I ate 80% of was covered in MOLD WITH SPORES. Brought it right back and the “manager” had no response other than “hey check the bread back there” to the staff. I asked for a refund and he proceeded with the process. Meanwhile, we watched 2 employees grab food barehanded from the grill and food warmer and EAT IT. Customers were in line waiting and employees are doing this in front of us. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! So unsanitary and this is a public concern. Wonder how many people have gotten sick from this. Worst experience for a fast food restaurant. To the owner, invest more in your staff before you get shut down by the health department.

Tonight Pretty sure the lettuce is supose be green like advertised not the cheap white stuff I had racked off my sandwich there giving customers cheap Lettuce I’m paying $8.00 2 sandwiches I expect not false advertisement well thats probably why I complain as much Fish taste fishy Most of time and tonight doesn’t taste fresh And they can’t get my order right time after time Say they haven’t been key on sometimes getting food good I think day time instead of night foods not so bad they can do better at night better they might just get a customer instead of empty drive-thru I couldn’t help overhearing one of the employees saying they had to cut back their hours because they don’t get enough customers here I wonder why anyway

Seem to not have specials advertised on TV. Sometimes no deals at all, like 2for $, and the prices are sky high. One night at drive through speaker was down, “order at window”, took a while to get up there though 2nd in line. Finally get up there to find out “shake machine is down” and that’s all I happened to come for. Woulda been nice to have sign or have shakes blocked out on menu so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Whomp whomp.
Update: Tried the Angus Steak & Cheese today. It was a huge mistake and disappointment. Ended up a gooey cheesy mess with some meat present.

Made a stop at this Arby’s to grab some food before heading home. My daughter mentioned the mac and cheese tasted odd. I went to this location on July 22, 2025 and was given mac and cheese that was prepared on July 20, 2025 and should have been used by July 21, 2025.

I paid 26.86 for my food and my burger were undercooked. I get some people like it but I feel that should be a request. Returned to get a remake and lady was courteous. While I waited (no one inside), the lobby was quite dirty. Tables were all dirty with something in them, food crumbs, napkins, or a dried spill. Food on the floors throughout the lobby. Nice area.
