Friendly personnel & a clean restaurant! Our food sucks tho. Breakfast burritos. Couldn’t barely get them unrolled & unstuck outta the wrapping so it tore through the tortilla, & it’s hard, crunchy, can’t bite through it. Cheese spray crap in it turned rock hard. Idk if someone was trying to do a quick heat up in microwave or what? But they musta forgot about them. Couldn’t return for replacement bc we’d already pulled outta the fuel line & on our way…. Not a happy morning:/

03.06.2026 4 or 5 workers, worst costumer service ever, got into to the store to make a order, first and foremost with workers like them will let business slow or decrease in sales. I know someone saw me when i walk to the counter but no attempt was made to assist or tell me they will be with me shortly, stand at the counter for like 5min or more before all of them walk out at once, then all they were doing is laughing or smiling loud like they know what they did after I was leaving. 0 star

Standing in the front with other customers for more than 5 minutes is insane there was no one in the front at the register or on the floor. The customers behind me walked out and I began to look for a Loves worker to help .. i asked to speak to the manager and to find out shes among the crew that wasn’t working is sad shame on u “Rain” not a good example if it wasn’t for April the Loves worker I wouldn’t have gotten food. Hiding in the office to avoid work is sad jus stay home and to find out ur hiding wit a male and no one washes their hands and continues… Nasty and I’m contacting corporate.. this is the behavior of the employees while the GM is away

Chase!!!!! Horrible experience. He has a horrible attitude. Ice machine wasn’t working properly in dining area. One side wasn’t operational and other side was producing one piece of ice at a time. I asked another associate if he could assist with ice behind the counter and chase said no, that’s gross. I asked how I was supposed to get ice & he shrugged his shoulders. Very very rude. I asked another worker for his name and he stated Chase. Then chase looked at me and said chase and I dont care!

This Arby’s is great, we went through the drive through. Very friendly, fast service, generous portions and overall awesome food. We had the new turkey sandwich the gobbler I think it was called. It was amazing.

Kudos to this Love’s / Arby’s. Right off the freeway with nicer restrooms, good selection of snacks, and… a place for dog to get some energy out after being stuck in the car for a while. This will likely be our stopping spot just for the dog park.

I was working on another jobsite in Providence Ford for the week and I stopped by this location on my lunch break since it was literally down the street. I think its very conveniently located right off the interstate and its also attached to a Love’s Gas station. Inside dinning is available through the Love’s Gas station entrance and drive-thru services are available as well. Genius set up i think. I used the drive-thru to order the Waygu Steak Cheese burger with curly fries and I must say it was bussin. Customer service was great. Food was accurate, fresh and hot. Highly recommended.
