Order the new 799 box. Also ordered a brisket sandwich for my boyfriend and a crispy chicken sandwich for my daughter. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfect, however everything else was definitely hours old my my boyfriend ended up throwing away the brisket sandwich because it was so tough. He’s literally couldn’t even chew it. $9 for a sandwich that definitely was at least 3 or 4 hours old. Everything in the box was either cold or tough and you can tell and it just been sitting forever. We came at like 5:00 so I don’t know why or how. Everything was so old but very disappointing. Definitely will never go back to this location

Took a quick look in my bag to see if my order was correct. There was absolutely no customers in the drive threw line. The employee named Elijah thought it appropriate to tell me in a condescending manner to drive forward if I wanted to look in my bag. That was just bad business. Food was good, but I will not return.

I was just in drive thru at this location the service was ok but I ordered 2 of the loaded Italian subs and the person that makes the food in this particular location either doesn’t know what they are doing or just doesn’t care about doing their job right the subs were absolutely awful no sauce the lettuce was brown the meat was all bunches up in one part of the roll it was awful they definitely need someone new making food or to get retrained by someone from the Staunton location

Place was empty when I arrived except for a family so it was really quiet and calm until I stand up after putting my stuff down to order my food. the staff gives me dirty glances I don’t think to much of it but when I order my food not only do I have to pretty much yell to tell her my name she still got it wrong I pay and she yells the food will be with you soon in a rude tone and the manager not only seemed rude to the other customers that came to pick up their food but also seemed rude to her own employees I don’t think this means the business is bad I think it just needs a different manager
