The food in this establishment is disgusting And foul the “steak” nuggets are burnt they taste and feel like beef jerky. After this is got the original cheese sandwich which tasted ok but it had a vomit after taste.

We have been coming here since it opened. One our favorite fast food chain. IMO fast food chains are not the value they used to be. Food/drinks are too expensive and service has declined along with the entire experience. Still Arby’s is better than McD and BK, at least in this area. This trip (Oct 2025) was a little disappointing. We got two Classic RB meals $25. I expect good service which we got. The drinks and sandwiches were good. The curly fries were luke warm and not freshly cooked. It was obvious that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. I didn’t want to go back as ask for fresh fries and have my sandwich cool off. For the price every thing should be hot. No I don’t want to contact your support team, you the owner should take care of it – I have given you the details.

Tonight December, 29th at 7:30 pm I stop by to make my order and in drive thru window I saw the staff was having fun to put to go paper bags on the head of each other. I was very hoping that the bag from window girl head will not be mine with my food inside. On the end of my waiting I was not sure which bag was mine because they move over my vision. Got ripped off. I love an Arby’s roast beef sandwich and treat myself to one once in a while. They arent cheap. I always order the half pound roast beef. When I got home with my sandwich today something told me to weigh it…I know its only a couple ounces but the bag actually felt a little light for some reason.
I pulled out my trusty kitchen scale which is very accurate, I’ve checked it against calibration weights. The whole sandwich, bun and all weighed 6.6oz. I have weighed these before wondering if their half pound claim was true, that its 8oz of roast beef, and in the past, the weight of the meat was nearly exactly 8oz. I felt good that at least I was getting what they claimed I was.
I’m going to choose to believe the cook just accidentally weighed for a double roast beef, and thats probbaly 6oz of meat or thereabout.
It was still a good sandwich but I paid for a half pound and got the next sandwich down. Posting this and the pictures so maybe management will take note and try to do better.

You never know how people are going to react to a service dog but everyone was so nice and one worker immediately offered to make a pup cup! It was huge and definitely made Skittle’s day!

Service is fairly quick. Staff was friendly in the drive-thru. I had to pull up while my potato cakes were being cooked. When I received them, they were still stuck together, frozen in the middle where they were stuck against each other. Seems like a small oversight, but it was an order of 2 cakes so to have both be frozen in the middle is disappointing. Rest of the order was great.

Order a super roast beef meal 2 Regular roast beef. And a Cheddar roast beef meal. The roast beef on 3 sandwiches was cooked the way they always are. The super on the other hand was raw. Took it to the counter showed the young lady that it was raw she said omg let me get the Manager. He proceeded to tell me that it was not raw that’s the way they did their roast beef and I said no I have three other sandwiches that are cooked. The woman in the back said let me put it in the microwave and cook the roast beef a little more and he turned around and said to her no there’s nothing wrong with this roast beef. He proceeded to take the sandwich and throw it in the trash. Did not replace my sandwich or give me my money back. The manager not such a nice guy. They sell raw roast beef and expect people to eat it and not say anything will never stop there again. Called Customer service while standing in their restaurant and all she said was she will file a complaint.
