Employees were very attentive and welcoming. Dining area was clean and music was pretty poppin’. Got the steak nugget sandwich and it was the dryest thing. Boardering on beef jerky nuggets. Curly fries were obviously great, especially with the Arby’s sauce. For those who are also confused about what the Jamocha shake is, apparently it stands for Java Mocha, which seems a little redundant if you ask me. Was pretty good though, and had a boatload of whipped cream on top!

I came into this establishment today with my girlfriend and I was appalled. I ordered my food and drink and sat in the lobby to wait. As Im sitting in the lobby I proceeded to look around to see dirty tables, trash on the floors, trash semi full. Also while waiting I was informed that they were out of apple turnovers at 1pm. You would think for the lunch rush they would have a good amount available. Specially with a coupon deal they have going on. I was very upset by how bad the restaurant has gone down hill since the new GM took over. I was the assistant under the last GM and we were a flagship store, one that auditors came to see and grade the area. Its been years since I’ve been to this location, and this is just disappointing.

I mean I’ve read some nasty things about this Arby’s and I won’t let that shit stand anymore. Went in there with some friends and got 3 meat mountains made to perfection. Workers were beyond nice and made my experience 10 times better. Shoutout to my main man Brian behind the grill he’s the MAN! Gave us each a peach cobbler and told us to have a great day! It’s time to change the narrative about Arby’s and their reputation!

In town on vacation and looking for a late dinner. Decided to grab something from Arby’s because they are typically reliable. Ordered 4 beef and cheddar meals and an extra curly fries. Only one of the fries was hot. Waited about 10 minutes for fresh fries. Went to eat my sandwich, unwrapped it to find it with very little meat and swimming in Arby’s sauce. A beef and cheddar does not come with Arby’s sauce on it, certainly not this ridiculous amount. Also the meat tasted different, not like the Arby’s in my city. Not sure what is going on at this location, why they are adding extra condiments (I’m not the only one). The owner needs to address these concerns instead of just referring people to the marketforce comment form.

On Friday evening, I came to this place, and there was an employee working who was treating customers very poorly. We asked him questions, but he didn’t answer. We spoke to him, and he just looked at us without responding to our questions. I urge the management to retrain their employees on how to deal with customers better. This is unacceptable.

I ordered through Drive Thru which is very convenient for me being disabled. The Staff is so Nice! I ordered a Beef Brisket with Fried Crispy Onions, BBQ sauce, a little mayo, Gouda cheese and that Delicious Beef Brisket. Let me Tell you All now that’s a Sandwich that’s worth Every Bite!! The Curly Fries were Warm & Crispy. Just Right. You can’t get Any Better then this .. Thanks!!
