They were understaffed, and service was not what fast food should be. The food was good. I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes to order. When I left the restaurant, there were 10 people in line. I did see 2 people get out of line and leave.

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in years. They don’t have them around where I live but did the drive-thru at this location during a trip. Roast beef sandwich really hit the spot and brought back memories. Their curly fries are amazing. Drive through was relatively quick and food was super fresh.

Dining room and restrooms looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Condiment dispensers and drink area were also in need of cleaning. Fries were overcooked and stale while sandwiches were barely cooked. On a positive note the man who took our order was very pleasant and helpful.
