My boyfriend went to pick up my food just now. He had me on speaker so I could hear everything. I told him to ask for more sauce and they REFUSED to give him sauce until he checked the bag. He checks the bag, they only put one sauce in there. Just like I thought. So again, he asks for more sauce and they reluctantly agree. Why are they being so stingy and rude about sauces?!! It was ridiculous.

Cannot use deals in the app. Cannot get delivery from this location. They always have two people working who are too stressed out and the drive thru takes like 10 minutes. This location just continues to get worse and worse. If I cannot not use the deals in the app I will simply stop being a customer at this location. McDonald’s Taco Bell Burger King are in the same location. And all offer better food faster in fully staffed restaurants and they allow me to use the app and offer delivery. It’s like the owner does not want to make money which is fine with me, I’ll just take mine elsewhere. Don’t waste your time.

They were understaffed, and service was not what fast food should be. The food was good. I had to wait in line for almost 15 minutes to order. When I left the restaurant, there were 10 people in line. I did see 2 people get out of line and leave.

Went to the drive thru, only one in line, food was ready when I got to the window. How??? They gave me what ever they wanted not what I ordered. I’m not even sure if it was roast beef. It was horrible.

Having timed it, it took literally 33 minutes to get through the drive thru because as soon as you pull up to order you hear “thank you for choosing Arby’s I’ll be with you in one moment”
Apart from what should have been a 10 minute stop being 30+ minutes the Mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites were literally soggy as if someone dipped them in warm water before serving them.
I don’t blame employees at this Arby’s for this experience. This is 100% on the management side failing to do theit part to enforce quality of service.
Thank god I don’t live near this Arby’s so I can justify not stopping by for a quick bite. Worst fast food I’ve had in a long time. Heck, next time I’ll just go to McDonald’s across the street

Not sure what exactly was happening today but my experience was terrible. The floors were so dirty my feet actually stuck to them as I walked which could be forgiven but the staff was rude and they seemed to be gossiping over thier head sets which could easily be heard from the register area, they were so distracted that they actually gave me the wrong order and then didn’t even apologise when asked to correct it!! At least the food was fresh, so silver lining. Maybe bring to the attention of the woman im assuming was a manager or supervisor up front…she seemed clueless as to what was happening around her.

Food is always fresh and staff are helpful. Love the Gyros and market fresh sandwiches. My kids come for the curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Lobby is generally in need of a quick run-through and drive through has always been a bit on the slower side (the order speaker is located in a tight spot at the back of the building that’s against a cement retaining wall. Bigger vehicles would be a tight squeeze around.

Not good. Extremely slow! Lady at the counter was very rude, when we asked how much longer. Some of the sandwiches were cold, from waiting on other food. We’ll be skipping this place in the future..

I don’t do fast food to often but I was craving a Arby’s roast beef and Cheddar. Didn’t disappoint . It was so good. Onion bun was fresh ,meat had a good flavor. Definitely another one another time. Oh,and crinkle fries, pretty good as well.
