Usually, our favorite chain, but my sandwich was not edible, really a mess. My wife ordered a chicken, bacon, Swiss sandwich with no mayonnaise. It came with mayonnaise and neither bacon nor Swiss. I ordered a gyro roast beef to replace my other sandwich, which was tasty but the pita was overtoasted. Very disappointing for one of our favorite chains. Not recommended.

Bit into my roast beef and it had a giant hair in it. Went back to the counter and all the employees looked at the one employee and said not again, you need a hair net. Gross. Got a refund but not cool.

One of the best quality meals I’ve had at *any* Arby’s although still pretty pricey for fast food. Service was friendly and speedy. I am still in disbelief and super disappointed that all Arby’s seem to have discontinued the spicy 3-pepper sauce which was always one of my favorite sauces at any fast food place ..please bring back

Arbys needs to change their tracking methods. This is yet another store trying to manipulate their service times by clicking “done” early. App says order is ready. Im still here 5 minutes later waiting. “Its coming right up.”

Roast beef wasn’t ready 30 minutes after they opened. It was going to be another 30 minutes. Cashier did not immediately return my money to me. He asked the manager twice as if it were up for debate. All they had to do was apologize and quickly refund my money.

I would not recommend this Arby’s under any circumstances. In my experiences, customer service is often non-existent, most orders are missing items, and this last time there was hair in my food. If your traveling on 95, your much better off skipping this exit for ashland to the south or 126 to the north.

Our 2nd visit to an Arby’s in a week because we need adult sized food with adult flavored palate’s.
Easy to locate off the interstate. Clean bathrooms and a fantastic staff. They kept apologizing for length of time to put our order together but we had a big order.
As stated in a different Arby’s review, we just don’t have one in our area so we made the most of it on our travels.

Typical Arby’s as far as the menue and food. The food was hot, fresh and good. Service was very slow. We stopped at lunch time and it looked like there were only 3 people working. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. The restrooms could have been cleaner.

It was probably my last trip there. I paid a few cents shy of $9. for a regular roast beef and very small fry – no drink. Noticed the parking lot and the store were pretty empty too.
