I was charged 11.39 for a 3 piece chicken tender meal. Regular sized which is a good thing because if I received the order and paid extra I would have handed it back to them and got a refund. I should have done that anyway. The picture is a medium fry cup. There were 3 tenders all the same height of the lower part of the fry holder. It is about 3” high. Never again will I go to this location or any other one. I had to wait for them to cook and they came out scorched and dry.

We went here a while ago and we were truly disappointed in the quality of the food. I always get the chicken sandwich when we go to Arby’s. I usually love it, but here it was basically a large nugget! Not good. The coke dispenser had water coming out of the top not just the tap. The fries were good but that doesn’t make a meal!

Always amazing food, my favorite fast food restaurant, never disappoints. Even though short staffed the drive thru window employee was very kind and courteous and my heart went out to her having to do the work of several employees. She was awesome!

They ran out of pita bread said they could put in on wraps to complete my order then charged me extra for the substitution without telling me. Also ordered curly fries just to be disappointed to get not one single curly fry they were just broken end pieces and was not even full… Also other people in the kitchen were yelling at person taking order for drive thru

I ordered 2 chicken sliders. First of all, I asked for no cheese. They decided to just give me whatever they had sitting around and not make a new one or just didn’t read the order right. Then second of all, why did they give me this tiny tender? Inflation is crazy, I’m not rich by any means, so this is unacceptable. That’s the size of a chicken nugget. It dosent even cover the bread. Wild. The wait is ALWAYS long even if there’s only 2 cars in line so why not take your time and get things right lol. Also the person giving me my food while he was nice, he said “have a goodnight” and was ready to close the window super fast. He didn’t ask me if I needed sauce or anything else. Why in such a rush? I was the only customer there. I’m not a difficult customer who orders a whole bunch either. So frustrating and makes me not want to eat here at all. Can’t even get a $2 chicken slider right. Do better.

Their chicken salad sandwich is excellent. Juicy chicken, pecans and apples were delicious. Alao their orange Creamsicle shake was wonderful! They did a good job dealing with the masks and gloves during this Phase 2 re-opening.

I went there a couple of weeks ago at like 8 with a huge order and there was only one worker doing everything she did everything from dropping the food to making sure everything was in the bag helping me make my drinks while there where other workers outside smoking I just thought that was very unacceptable she was trying to complete my order and still take other orders the manger was on the phone not helping, the other
two people were outside smoking I felt so bad for her and just thought it shouldn’t be that way what can I do to get her a raise.

I don’t think we’ll be going back to our well at least not the one in Dalgren for a long time the last three times we’ve gone. The food has been cold and the service has been also cold. The last time we went through The drive-through they try to make us move up. All we ordered was one meal. I told him I was not going to the manager. I tried to explain to her the last time they had us move. We waited for over 15 minutes and then I had to go inside to get my food and everything was cold so I would rather stay at the drive-through so that my food would get to me on a timely manner. Cut close the window walked away and in the process said I guess you’ll wait a little longer. The customer service there is horrible. I’m pretty much.
