Arby’s roast beef has been a favorite of mine for years. It is cooked slow roasted, tasty and tender. And at an economical price. For me they lose one star because they no longer serve hot drinks. So when I want a hot drink now I have to go to two places.

Then in Frederick , Maryland I discovered Arby’s nearby and on my app=free milkshake for my birthday

Staff helpful and always friendly & professional especially twoof the managers Sindy & Carlos. Carlos is always helpful./professional .suggests new sandwiches/new “meats”. Because of him I rediscovered my favorite Arby’s creation = the Gyro
Sindy is always perfection..she should be g.m. & Carlos could be area manager & Jason shoukd be president of arby’s
If Arby’s is not careful, a competitor will steal Carlos and Sindy and with both, their loyal Arby’s customers
How Arby’s hasn’t lost both of them to a competitor is a modern miracle
The food still the best..prices better than McDonald’s/Checkers etc.
Arby indeed has the meats & the best employees. It’s app offers surprises weekly

Every week..the app gives me buy one get one free & I experiment with new sandwiches..but my all-time favorite is the Greek gyro.
I come in most Fridays because Sindy is always there..with the nicest smile that brings warmth to my heart & Arby’s provides the meats that always taste great
Past weeks i have tried and enjoyed..the Italian beef dio..the steak sandwich which disappeared sadly. I hear the Peach cobbler roll is great..but I always return to the gyro & old faithful
Roast beef with or without cheddar cheese
I hope Arby’s survives because I have gone to Arby’s for over 5 decades
Maybe Sindy will one day become a general manager or franchise owner..I hope so

Why..the Greek gyro is unparalleled and the staff at Arby’s at this location is phenomenal top to bottom. Restaurant always clean..service quick and perfect especially on Sindy’s shift
Arby’s may have the meats..but it also has the best employees in America..many under the leadership & mentorship of Sindy.
SINDY maybe the hardest worker at any Arby’s i have eaten at.!

They definitely have the meats. I was very skeptical about the steak bites but that was some really tender meat and I would get them again. You can never go wrong with a cherry turnover. I can’t wait for a good seasonal milkshake to come through though

I have no idea why anyone would go to any other fast food restaurant when they could come here! The sandwiches are HUGE and overflowing with meat and additions! Real steak chunks or mounds of turkey and crisp bacon on a soft roll or thick sliced bread! And great staff!! Real food, real fast!! Eat here!

The staff is quick and friendly. Orders came out perfect. Made sure my allergy way looked out for. Didn’t care for any of the actual food. Even the fries that I usually enjoy. Threw most of it out when we got home. It’s not bad… Just not good once you drive home.

A place is well organized. I believe a store manager knows his job. Toilet room, soda machine, dining tables, doors and glasses were clean. A quality of food is the same as any another high rate Arby’s.
I’m giving them 5 stars coz they deserve it. I was a late customer just before their closing but they let eat inside with no rush. Highly appreciate it. People are nice.
