We visit Arby’s wherever we go. This was the best half pound cheddar and beef sandwich I have ever had. No idea where the extra flavor and texture came from…but I definitely approve.

I guess this branch is slipping. I only go here a couple times a year but today was one of those days and it was the worst meal I had ever had from there. Got a classic Beef N Cheddar with Jalapeno Poppers. The meat tasted old like it had expired and somehow the bun was soggy. The poppers themselves seemed fine but the oil used tasted like it hadn’t been changed a month. Think I am going to cross this branch off my visit list.

After today and after seeing that this store has 4.2 stars I’m starting to think this most be a new employee or a bad week! Wanda is absolutely inexperienced at her job! Meanwhile she held some lady up at the window today to count her drawer because she didn’t believe she owed her 5$ guess what she did! The lady was visibly upset leaving here today, we stopped her outside and gave her the money for her order back. How sad and disgusting the service here is. My family will not return we will ride to Cambridge or Denton site for now on

Staff is extremely kind and hard working. Had an issue with my order, received someone else’s order at the drive through window, and didn’t realize until I’d already driven off and gotten to my day job. I called them to explain, and they promptly invited me back to the store at my convenience to replace the order. They went above and beyond. Food is always good. Never any surprises.

It’s an Arby’s so let’s temper your expectations. Food, again it’s Arby’s you know what you’re getting. Not healthy, not refined cuisine, but that’s not why you’re here. The service is always fast, courteous, no issues. The inside looks throwback with an old school diner feel. Lots of truckers and everyone is friendly.

Went there early this morning. Apparently they were “open” but not OPEN? This is supposed to be FAST food not half-hour food?! Took forever to take my order, than another FOREVER to actually get my order. Got the jalapeño slider. There was more sauce and stuff on the outside of the wrapper than on the sandwich!!! I won’t risk going back…before they go out of business.
