OMG, I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW UTTERLY AMAZING THE GYROS ARE!!!
got one for my father, even though I like them. I saw his and had to try it the next day, today and… It tastes exactly like one of the very best drivers I’ve ever had at a Greek festival! I’m not exaggerating, it tastes 100% authentic I love it everybody should try it.
WOW The food was fantastic… this place is great and honestly is super underrated.
I can tell you a double cheddar from this place is going to taste delicious every single single single time versus a McDonald’s cheeseburger or chicken sandwich from anywhere else.
My dad had the burger and loved it I stick with the roast beef and I am thinking about getting more right now (tomorrow cuz it’s too late atm)

How is a place so slow when they have chic fil a next door 20X busier and the customers who were at the light as I was waiting have already been served! Then when you ask if someone is working the register you get an attitude from the lady in the right and solo pics. When you see customers walk up – atleast greet us. I was 5 mins before I said something and the other rep guys were there 10 mins before. Crazy! Your differentiator is the customer experience especially when you have a chic fil a next door. My last visit here.

Today ordered BOGO beef and cheddar online. U cant add lettuce online so I rush in to tell them put lettuce on 1 sandwich. She say u gotta pay it says no problem how much she say 53 cents. I say for lettuce for 1 sandwich she says yes. She gave me a recipe for a side of cheddar cheese I say this say cheddar she say we cant ring up lettuce so she over charged me for a few strings off lettuce. Its only 53 cents but it’s the principle. NOT the beef and cheddar bun, sandwich overall is about have the size it use to be. No wonder nobody’s ever in there. Ill jus go to chick fila and jus get a chicken sandwich

This place was very disgusting ants crawling around by the soda machine no condiments available. They was out of crinkle fries and when they asked what side you wanted to substitute it with they failed to tell you that is costs extra thank god I questioned things. I don’t recommend this place at all save yourself the trouble and go to the one by golden ring.

The two ladies working were extremely nice and our food was all fresh, even the fries. Waiting 5 minutes for actually fresh food, not just food sitting under a warming lamp is well worth it.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have ordered from them three times in the last year, always through their app. Every time I am missing about $10 in food. Even though I ordered via the app, I’m told I have to call the store to fix this. Unfortunately, for about a year, the only published number for the store DOES NOT WORK! I tried contacting customer service to inform them, and I was transferred to the nonworking number. I contacted Arby’s customer service on their website,, on Twitter/X, on Facebook, and received the runaround everywhere. Eventually, after three full weeks, they gave me certificates, on the app, for two free sandwiches. I’m not going to eat there again, but I can’t seem to get a refund. I’m afraid to walk into the store, because I cannot guarantee that I will be able to control my temper and I don’t want to take my frustration out on one of their employees, inept as they are.
