HORRIBLE PLACE NEVER VIST THEM. The food is already overpriced. It’s no overpriced good food it’s overpriced garbage.
Order a chicken sandwich the drink size was wrong, I was asked to pull into a spot. Waited for cold fries and an undercooked chicken sandwich. Wasted my time and $14 on this dump.
I will never return to this location and maybe Arby’s in general ever again. IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE AND NO LT GET SICK, NEVER EAT HERE.
serving undercooked chicken you are going to kill someone. Shut this place down. I tried calling the store so I could report this and the phone just rings. I was unable to get my issue resolved so now I will share it with everyone.

Just found out we had and Arby’s near by. This is the first and last time I’m going to location. My cheddar roast beef was dry with 2 tiny drops of what I’m guessing was cheese. The side of cheese which sadly was the only thing I told a picture of after the fact was only quarter of the way filled. I wish business in the area hired better employees sadly but I doubt they can find any. Hopefully they’re the next place to file bankruptcy. After all, if the owner doesn’t care. Then why should the costumers?

Drive thru experience was great. Efficient, the attendant was nice and professional. Milkshakes and fries packaged nicely. Good shakes, tho could not tell the difference in flavor between chocolate and Jamoca

Got a reuben sandwich with fries and mozzarella sticks. This is honestly the saddest reuben sandwich I’ve ever had anywhere. I’m aware it’s not a perfect representation, however, historically when I’ve gotten a reuben at Arby’s they look way closer to the advertisement photo.

I’ll start of with saying that Arby’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. I couldn’t have been more excited when one finally opened up close to me so I didn’t have to travel 7+ miles to the closest one to me. I would finally have my close go to location. After my visits to this location, it has no become the never again location. I have been to this location 3 times since it has opened. The first 2 times the meat portion was so small the sandwiches were almost all bread and the fries were cold. This time I got a Gobbler and Club since they were new so my and my girlfriend could try them. I got 3 onion straws on my sandwich. 3 of them just slopped in the center of the sandwich. My girlfriends club had no bacon and was requested on a wrap. It came on the sub roll.I was the only customer in the store and the drive thru was not busy in the least bit so it’s not like they were rushed and had a decent excuse to mess up the order. I’m not mad, just disappointed. For approximately $13 a sandwich at the very least get it right in regards to portioning and not forgetting ingredients.

My order was delivered today — I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and fries. Everything looked okay until I unwrapped the sandwich and realized something was seriously wrong.
There was no chicken in the Chicken Cordon Bleu.
All I got was a slice of ham and some Swiss cheese on a bun. That’s it. No chicken patty at all — the main ingredient was completely missing. How does that even happen? This isn’t just a small mistake, it’s flat-out negligence.
I paid full price for a sandwich that shouldn’t have made it out of the kitchen. If this is the level of quality control Arby’s is operating with, it’s unacceptable. Honestly, I could’ve made a better sandwich by accident in my own kitchen.
Arby’s, grand opening is tomorrow and is this is the service I should be expecting?

Horrible service at drive thru. Waited about 10 mins for mozzarella sticks. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the employees knew how to talk to their customers and let them know it will be a few min wait. No thank you or sorry for the wait. I thought closing Wendy’s was a good idea but this place needs to go. I would have liked to give it a zero!

Crappy customer service
The reps at the front totally ignoring presence and not even acknowledging people as they come in. I stood there making eye contact while she looked at me like “what do you want” in her eyes.
When my food was done, she just damn near tossed me the bag. No have a good day or anything. Didn’t ask if I needed anything.
The manager stood there the whole time. I asked if she was the manager to confirm and she said yes. So this attitude is acceptable here.
For this to be a newly opened store, this ain’t how you bring people. Fast food or not, terrible customer service.

I came into this Arby’s location for lunch hoping that it’ll be different From the last time, it was in here and had a roast beef sandwich, but it was still the same. The roast beef fear is terrible and I’m really surprised because with Arby’s you would think they’re brand is roast beef, but the roast beef here was terrible as I waited for my order I stood there at the register the young lady behind the counter. She was just using the F word every sentence that she spoke had the F word as she was talking to her coworkers to the point that I had to ask her to recognize me as a Customer and just give me some respect that I didn’t really want to hear that type of language a Manager is here because eventually came out to give direction to a worker I assume he’s a manager, but zero eye contact you know no smile or anything like that. This is actually a new location and it’s kind of disappointing the service that I’ve gotten here a few times that I’ve been in.

The cashier doesn’t know how to charge newspaper coupons and just insist the wrong bill is right. I had a 5.99$ meal coupon with M fries and drink and was charged 8$ and was told that’s how coupon is . she insisted the price is correct when I explain the coupon to her. Nevertheless she already took forever on ordering . Then manager involved, I ended up with meal with SMALL fries and drink with right price. Apparently cashier is not trained to align orders for the marketing coupons.
