The reason for the 3 stars for me is because the gentleman in front of me had his order messed up 4 times and after that they still messed up mine as well! I understand people can be a- holes about their food and all but being in retail unfortunately we gotta deal with crap. But the fish sandwich I got was good not plain as ordered but fixable and fies were curly instead of crinkle. The rest seemed to be good as for the turkey bacon ranch sandwich I can’t recommend it enough, which is why I moved it up 1 from 2 stars!

very clean so ill give them that. They were understaffed though and it led to a longer than usual wait for inside. They had just 2 people and the one taking order still had to run them outisde. My food was sub par as well but I get they had to have certain food ready so as to not be behind further so not their fault and more Arbys for not having enough staffing. hats off to the 2 women bur I won’t be coming back to this location

As stated before in a previous review, the “BIG” game burger was much much smaller than advertised. And was pretty bare as far as toppings they left off the pickles. Comparison below. Still a decent burger. This place is much more catered to drive thru customers as when we walked in, we waited a solid 8-10 minutes before being visually acknowledged, then another few minutes for anyone to walk up and take our order. Employees seemed as if they didn’t want to be there at all and lacked any care that we had been waiting in an empty restaurant for someone to take our order. This place has been remodeled and looks great on the inside although I’m fairly sure that it is illegal to have a restaurant lobby open with “No Public Restrooms” although this could mean customers only but they should be more specific if that is the case. Something is off with the fries as well. I noticed that the curly fries were almost devoid of any seasoning whatsoever. Arby’s has definitely taken a turn for the worse here as of late and it’s sad to see.

Corporate stepped up in regards to my review 4 weeks ago. I was sent two coupons for any sandwich, no purchase necessary. Tonight 10/30/2023, at 8:40pm, I decided to give the location at 1250 Crain Hwy S, Glen Burnie, MD 21061, another chance. They failed abysmally. When I mentioned the coupons at the drive-through speaker, the young man seemed confused and asked me to pull up to the window to verify. When I presented him with the coupons, he asked the manager(?) present they discussed it for two minutes or so and told ne they had never seen anything like that before and did not know how to process it. I pointed out that it states on the back valid at all Arby’s locations. After that, I was told they had already cleaned the slicer for the evening and only had enough roast beef left for one sandwich. This was 8:40 pm, and they do not close until 10 pm. To me, this felt like they did not feel like trying to process the coupons and had probably hoped of leaving the restaurant early. I decided to hold my tongue and left. I did reach out to corporate again and will be receiving a follow-up call in the next few days. I will not be coming back to this location. There is another Arby’s a little further away on Ritchie Hwy. I suggest everyone do the same. This location is just not worth the hassle and disappointment. Please note that I do not hold the franchise accountable, just this restaurant.

Stingy with cheese sauce on the beef and cheddar.
The fry container was only half full.
Granted, this is a restaurant in a gas station, so I guess you can only expect so much.
It’s much cheaper to use the app. It was almost $4 more without paying by app.
Big game burger was a lot smaller than made to appear, which, yes, I understand images are enlarged, but the size was underwhelming. Was still tasty.

We ordered from DoorDash for context. This was the location listed on the receipt.
Our bag had “At 9 is crazy” on it, (This location doesn’t close until 10 though, and our food was picked up and dropped off before 9:30pm… so??) While I find that insanely rude, what really bothered me was that our entire order was incorrect. Sprites instead of coke, one crinkle cut fry instead of two curly fries, no sauce and the sandwiches looked like they’d been run over.
Like I’ve worked retail for yearrrssss, and even if I was annoyed with someone for coming in or ordering late, I’d never write it on their bag?? And an hour before close is not late enough to be justified in being rude and giving incorrect items.
