I placed my order at the drive thru, yesterday, the fish special with drink, 2.potatoe patties, 2 mozzarella sticks, and peach roll.
I asked for extra tartar, I waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes with one car in front of me, thinking that they were cooking everything fresh and hot. WRONG!! there were no extra tartar and the fish was not hot nor cold but I was very disappointed. The potatoes patties were hot , everything else not, I love Arby’s food especially the fish and extra tartar when it’s hot.

Food is always fresh which is the one reason I come here. The people are really friendly and are always focused when making my food.
Little bit of a wait when going through drive-thru and sometimes have to park and wait but it’s all worth getting the food hot and fresh.
The atmosphere is overall amazing and the restaurant is always super clean. Definitely a place more people should try!

My boyfriend and I came in for lunch recently, and I was really impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Even though it was clear the restaurant was a little short-staffed, the employees never let that affect their attitude or the quality of service. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a good visit. That kind of attitude makes such a difference and really stood out to us.
The food itself was excellent. Everything was cooked fresh, exactly the way we ordered it, and served at the perfect temperature. It wasn’t just warm—it was that ideal “fresh out of the kitchen” kind of hot that makes the meal that much more enjoyable. You could tell the staff took the time to prepare things properly rather than rushing, which made the meal feel like it was made with care.
I also want to point out how clean and well-kept the dining area was. A lot of fast-food spots can overlook this, but here you could tell they were staying on top of upkeep and maintenance. The tables were spotless, the floor was tidy, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable. It really added to the overall experience and made us want to sit and enjoy our food instead of rushing out.
Overall, I’d say this was one of the best visits I’ve ever had to an Arby’s. Friendly staff, food that came out perfect, and a clean, well-maintained dining room—it all came together to create a really positive impression. We’ll definitely be back, and I hope the staff knows how much their hard work shows.

The food is made to order….therebare times i love a cold sandwhich on the menu to change the pace and this store is so friendly….great employees…clean atmosphere. Never really busy….surprised but may just be hidden enough that it doesnt get the drawl it should….great place for good as we call it fast food

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cannot believe that this woman is the manager. She was incredibly rude. It took 4 tries including driving back to the restaurant to get my full order. This manager would not listen and was placing blame on her ver kind kitchen staff when the repeated mistakes were because of her poor communication and customer service skills. Additionally this location completely ignores orders placed in the app and refuses to fill them even when presented with the receipt. They also do not answer their phone at all. A surprise visit from the regional manager is long overdue.

Was a good first time in a long time visit. Service was fast and friendly. Very accommodating and true to order. Fish sandwich was ok, not fond of coating but fish was decent. Thanks for allowing me to try $1 sandwich.
