Placed order through Doordash and my daughter thought she received mini brownies instead of steak bites.Tried to call and the generic number goes directly to voice mail. First and last time dealing with this location

Arby’s is often my preferred fast food restaurant. The smoked brisket sandwich was pretty good for fast food. The seasoned curly fries are always good and a nice change from other fast food places. Service was a little slow because fries were not ready at dinner time. Arby’s has a nice selection of different food types compared to other fast food places.

I tried the Italian sandwich and it was definitely not an authentic Italian sub. The flavor was ok but the meats weren’t good at all. Skip this one if you are craving the real thing.

The drive thru attendant was great. The steak nuggets, not so much. They were dried out and seemed old. The Italian sub was pretty good. All in all, not bad, but the steak nuggets was a complete disappointment.

I’ve been to this Arby’s a few times and I order the same sandwich, which is turkey and bacon ranch club. Good sandwich. However, it comes with fries and the fries are never right, they are either too salty or no salt at all or the look like little pieces of fries. Employees are fine. I blame management for the inconsistencies in the making of fires which is important in fast food making. Damn, You mean to tell me Management can’t train an employee to make a consistent batch of fries daily! I’m sorry management is fired!

I like Arby’s just not this one. While the staff is polite, there is ALWAYS inferior quality at this location. Do they not even care?! Either the fries are cold, or they are hard and barely edible. How could they mess up my crinkly fries? Sandwiches are dry and need sauce to create flavor, is that the intent? Why is the the on on Crain Hwy so much better? Initially I was excited to have an Arby’s closer to me, but now I’m jaded, when it closes (at this rate it could be less than a year) I hope they replace it with a Roy Rogers.

Ask for my roast beef sandwich with no cheese and got home and found cheese on my sandwich. Asked for chocolate chip cookie and got home and was charged for a chocolate chip cookie mixed with salted caramel that’s not what I asked for

I have always loved Arby’s, ever since I was a kid, way more than similar establishments like Roy Rogers. However, increasingly they have been harder to come by; before this one, I would have to drive to Elkridge, off of MD-175, if I wanted a Classic Roast Beef Sandwich.

So, when I stumbled upon the recently -opened Arby’s, right off of Ruby Lockheart in Lanham/Largo, I was overjoyed. I had been DYING for some Jalepeno bites & Broncoberry sauce for months at this point. It was the 4th of July, no less; I decided to treat myself.

I have been back ever since, every 3-4 days but there’s more to this Arby’s than simply being an “Arby’s”.

Situated in the newly-built complex off of MD-202 & St. John’s Ln/Ruby Lockheart, it can easily & immediately be accessed via the I-495 exit off of 202/Upper Marlboro, almost as soon as you exit. Located within the same complex is a Chick-fil-A, a Lidl Supermarket, Chase Bank, as well as a number of other food & retail outlets within the same location, including the new location of the Banfield Pet Hospital, formerly located inside the PetSmart in Largo, MD.

Pulling into the complex easily directs you immediately to the drive-thru, which is usually sparse or empty, making it great for a quick meal stop. The prices are what you expect from Arby’s for the quality, but what really stands out are the employees & the food.

The employees, esp in the evening, are super personable and friendly as well as accommodating, and the food? FRESH. I don’t think there has been a single time I have gone there and not had to wait a few extra minutes (1-3 at most) for the joy of fresh mozzarella sticks –which, btw, always have that juicy mozzarella pop to them when you bite into one right as the heat sears the inside of your mouth but so totally worth it. The #2 Classic Double RB is absolutely stacked with flavorful roast beef that makes Roy Rogers taste like sandpaper and ash in comparison; you will get no thinly-meated sandwiches here, folks!

With the Chick-fil-A right next to it, it struggles to draw in business from those seeking a familiar chicken sandwich, but maybe on a day, when you happen to see Chick-fil-A packed, per usual, you *might* consider giving this Arby’s a try.

AND GET EXTRA BRONCOBERRY SAUCE. It’s just delicious in general. Trust me on that one bruh.

The only downside? If you happen to have the Arby’s app, while it acknowledges the store I think, perhaps, because it is so new I have always had my orders rejected via the app for that location in particular, while working fine with other established locations. This isn’t really a problem, since the location is rarely busy, but it can be frustrating if you like discounts & deals, like I do.

So, go get you some meats, friend!
