This is an Arby’s. I went later at lunch time through the drive thru. I was greeted promptly by a friendly employee. I ordered the French Dip meal with curly fries and an Apple Pie shake. The fries and sandwich were underwhelming, but the shake might be the best I’ve ever had. Did not have to wait long for my food. I likely would go here, again, but would order something different.

Food was terrific, the mobile app was glitchy and didn’t seem to want to work. Eventually when the order was submitted successfully, upon requesting the mobile order from the drive through, the employee said the had “just received it” in a somewhat incredulous manner. Food took a bit, but at then end, order was correct and delicious.

The workers are always extremely nice and professional. Generally, getting your items is slow, especially in the drive-thru. Very rarely offered any type of sauces for the food and never just included in the bag, always have to ask if you remember before you drive away. Quality of food is almost always on par with what is expected. Never had an incorrect order or missed item.

Never did drive through but service inside has been good the times that I have been there. Food has always been recently prepared and pretty good for an Arby’s. I think maybe once I had fries that were a little too cooked. I see quite few negative complaints but I will take this over the lack of options before the new PX/ food court were built(Burger King, Dunkin and the bowling alley).

Tastes exactly like it does at every other Arby’s. It’s good. The chicken strips apparently come in a little paper baggy, like fries do, and don’t come in the carton like they should…like, where are you supposed to put your curly fries and ketchup?
We didn’t come to Arby’s to be on a diet LOL

This location closes at 4pm on the weekends, and 6:30pm on weekdays. Despite all the interaction with reviews, NO one from Arby’s has corrected the hours on Google… *Edit* They even replied to this, but still have not fixed the hours… I submitted for Google to fix the hours* Why do they close so early anyway??? Who even eats dinner before these closing hours??? The Dunkin next door stays open longer. Mismanaged!

Speed and service is not a priority here. The manager is always doing most of the work because the team is so incompetent. Manager should be replaced with someone who knows how to run a team and expedite service. It’s extremly sad this is the quality they’re providing service members.

I am usually happy with this location, but this new thing has started where it takes 20 min to make an order and you are at the drive in window the entire time. They take your cash and don’t even give you a soda. I am not over estimating how long I waited. I think they should alert customers if the wait will be that long. Usually the customer service is ok, but I normally come before 2 pm. This never happened during the day shift. Today I came at 5 pm. Maybe it’s different management. So I gave it a 3, seems like a fair average. Looks like they have supply chain issues as well but I guess that is all of America right now.

(Drive thru) It was a pretty long wait, even for lunchtime. Got my order wrong and even though they gave me my drink right away they forgot to give me a straw. The food was hot, but the fries tasted like old oil. Never asked me for sauce or condiments with my order and the interactions with the lesson at the window were so quick and he only had his attention inside the store, like he was handing the stuff behind him.

I’m old enough to remember when Arby’s cooked their roast beef in the store, but those days are gone. This location provides excellent customer service and fairly fast delivery. The price is decent as well.
