Arby’s has really gone down hill. Roast beef was cold, dry and gross. My coke was 90% carbonation. My chocolate shake had a funny after taste. My curly fries were cold and hard. I don’t know why I keep giving Arby’s another chance, I guess I just hope one day it will be good again.

Order food from here was not happy about getting home and NOT having any of the sauces I asked for everything we ordered come with some kind of sauce and did not get one. Figured everything would have been in there since they were not busy guess I was wrong ALWAYS check i normally do….

Forgot my drinks, waited for few minutes before was asked why I was still @ the window. Sandwiches are horrible, bread is dry, they forgot all of the sauces I asked for, absolutely zero sauce in bag. Wrong fries. Waited for correct ones….for 10 minutes and they sucked too. It almost felt intentional haha, def won’t be going back for awhile. Must depend who’s working bc other day was fine. Do better pm workers

Decided to try the new Real Country Style Rib sandwich. It may look like a hot mess in the picture but the sandwich was actually good.
My only issues were way too much mayo, and the ribs weren’t evenly distributed throughout it.
Fries were hot, staff was friendly expedited my order quickly.

There was very little cheese on the beef and cheddar sandwiches. The roast beef seemed to have been sliced a while before they made the sandwiches. One piece was dark brown and a little dried-out. The service was ok, but they never asked if I wanted sauces. I used the drive thru, so I didn’t see the inside. I won’t be returning to this Arby’s. Overall, Arby’s prices have gotten too high.

A little expensive for fast food/fast casual (as they try to present) in my humble opinion, but I don’t understand the hate that Arby’s often gets. The food is pretty good, I have never had a bad experience at Arby’s and truthfully the price is even in line with other fast casual restaurants in Maryland. I, of course, will be going back as I have time and time again. Also the curly fries are still the superior fries but the crinkle cut aren’t bad either.

Worker Devon has horrible customer service, he tried to talk back to me but I just ignored him. He needs to be fired for messing up my meal. He said he would bring it out to me and to park my vehicle but he was too lazy to keep true to his word. I can’t make this stuff up.

I ordered the gyro roast beef to try this time, it takes a lot for me to change my order from a regular or double roast beef, but it looked good. However, I didn’t get a gyro resemblant of the photo or any gyro I’ve ever had. Further looking online, and it also doesn’t even look the same as photos of real life people’s who also got one. It came with only the gyro sauce, no fixings, and instead of flat bread it was on a sub style bun. I looked at the info in app too and it shlaid it comes with lettuce, tomato, gyro sauce, and a couple other things, and the pic showed it clearly on flatbread/pita bread/naan. The fries were ice cold. I was there and watched then fill the fries so even if I ate my sandwich first, there should have been some warmth, there was none. I have eaten here one other time with my husband and the food was great. No issues. And could I have gone in and complained? Sure, but i was starving because it was lunch time and I hadn’t eaten anything for the day yet by the time I got there around 1pm. So it was a big let down of an experience. If I ordered it again id check it looked right instead of leaving and going elsewhere to eat it.
