Haven’t been to an Arby’s in years. Surprised how nice this place is, inside and out. Got the classic roast beef and mozzarella sticks. No complaints on either item. Employees were friendly and fast, ordered in the app with no issues. I’ll definitely be back to this location. They even have outdoor seating.

I have been to this location over 5 times and not once have I gotten a fresh order of curly fries. They are always room temperature and firm. Half the staff seems really friendly and helpful and the other half look they’d rather be anywhere else. The Bealeton Arby’s is much a better experience.

I tried the new boneless chicken wings and was amazed at the taste and quality. They are super rich, I recommend them. They have two styles Hot Honey and Buffalo Sauce. I must say that the customer service was excellent, the cashier who attended us was very patient and friendly when taking our order. The store staff said goodbye to us when we were leaving. That made us feel very special. I would definitely return to this same place. I loved them!

UPDATE: The inside of this Arby’s is spotless. There even was no dust on the glass light shades above the tables. The food was exceptionally tasty and fresh. They even brought our order to our table. The employees were super friendly and efficient. The drive thru was steadily moving, no long wait like it was before. They have really pulled it all together.
They are working as best they can. We have not gotten bad food and we went there several times to check because services is slow. The Drive-Tru is not very efficient but it goes down to lack of employees. The ones that are working are professional and do a good job you just need more patients than you would elsewhere.

Stopped at this Arbys on our way from NC to PA. Was feeling tired and miserable until we stepped inside. Met with friendly, Carter .. great customer service! Thank you. People like you make a difference.

This was my 1st and only experience at Arby’s in Warrenton, VA. I ordered via the drive thru after work on a Friday, and I was the only patron on premises.
The food was fine. The sweet tea was obviously old, as it was sour. I had already pulled away before tapping into the tea, so I parked and went inside to get another drink. The young lady walking by headed to the table area had a big smile and a friendly greeting (5 STARS!). I told her my issue, she pointed me toward the drink station, and she addressed it with the team in the food prep area.
My issue was not that the tea was sour, it was that the drink station area was disgustingly filthy. I’m former military and have eaten some crazy stuff in some very questionable places, but I expect more when I lay my money down for service and sustenance in small-town Warrenton, VA.
I told myself I wouldn’t be back, but I am a sucker for 2nd chances, so I’ll update my review if I return.
Come on, Arby’s. I like your food, just clean it up!

Staff is really friendly, sometimes a bit slow but they are understaffed a bit. Food is great and hot. Staff likes when you bring your dog through the drive through. Nice to have trays and self service condiments back.

3 meals, ALL with cold fries. The chicken tenders were old and barely warm. My roast beef sandwich was cold as well. This is embarrassing that you waste people’s time and money, then give them REALLY BAD food at dinner time. You messed up an entire family’s dinner. I’m saving my meal and bringing it back tomorrow to get my refund bc I’m not wasting my time going back tonight bc I have to go and get a whole nother meal to feed my family of 5. The fries are so bad kids won’t even eat them…so you know they’re bad

The floor has been sticky for weeks now, and now the stickiness has spread to the ladies bathroom.
Please hire a professional to come in and clean the floor. You have great food! The sticky floor is a total turnoff.
