I made an online order. I go to pick it up there’s only one car in the driveway so I decide to just go through there. I wait over 10 minutes for the car in front of me, which is crazy because I get parked even when there’s no cars behind me! I should have just gone in to begin with but anyway, alll my food was cold not even warm. No marinara sauce for my moz sticks and no bbq like I requested. Also they gave me a small drink when I paid for a large. The lady taking orders is always pleasant and positive. Not sure what’s going on with management but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this location.

The two ladies at the cash register were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spotless. Food was very good, and was ready right away. My son loved the mint milkshake and as always curly fries were great!

First Arby’s in all of Delaware that rejected my request to substitute roast beef for ham. Lazy management. Every Arby’s in Delaware has been able to do this except this one. Definitely won’t return, even the Milford and Lebanon locations do it for me no problem. Typical Dover customer service!

Updated review: I previously gave 4 star review based on our favorite menu item, the Greek gyro. Stopped last week and were extremely disappointed. Gone is the tender, fresh pita …. replaced by a dried out bread product that looked and tasted like an old sponge and broke into pieces when the sandwich was picked up. Curly fries were also a disappointment. No curlies, just bits and pieces. Good thing this was not our first visit to an Arby’s.

I love lots of Arby items but today I tried the Chicken Salad Pita and it was bland and tasteless. I also got the”limited time” Buffalo chicken slider and it was great! More bread than chicken, but quite tasty. Staff was friendly and establishment is clean. If you’re in the mood for Arby’s then this is a good place to stop.
