I am sitting in this Arby’s right now. The girl who took my order had the biggest attitude when she took my order. Order no 16, Station K01, date: 10-12-25 at 7:56:21 pm. First she started huffing and puffing and rolled her eyes when she took my order. I let it go. We get our order. My wife orders cheddar roast beef sandwich. When she opens it, there’s no cheddar, just roast beef. I walk over and tell her politely. I think they forgot to add add cheddar on my Wife’s Roast beef. She said with an attitude so you want cheese? I said yes please. She goes, I repeated the order and she said ok! Just give it here!!! Tells the guy in the back…..Just make me a new Cheddr Roast beef!!! Hand me the sandwich! Right now she’s cursing and screaming at her co-workers. I’m going to keep my cool because I don’t want anyone spitting in my sandwich. Never coming to this Arby’s again. I’m dumbfounded!

Food was fresh and hot except for the Mac n cheese. It was cold in the middle. Staff heated up the Mac n cheese. Restaurant was basically empty and only few other people where there. Cost was almost 50.00 for 4 meals. Lots of parking in front of building.

Service was great but food was not good. Roast beef sandwich had little meat on it. Fries tasted weird like fryer oil hasn’t been changed. Won’t go back.

This is the second time I have been to the Arby’s at Broadcasting Square and both times I purchased the beef n’ cheddar sandwich. Both times there was hardly any beef in the sandwich. Their commercials should say “Where is the meats” not “We have the meats”. Will not return.
