My friend brought me along because they had a BOGO reward in the app, and I was deeply impressed by the smokehouse brisket and loaded Italian sandwiches! Absolutely delicious.
The brisket was wonderfully soft and tender, not dry or overdone, and the bread on both was pillowy and flavorful, reminiscent of Hawaiian rolls. I normally don’t even like deli meat sandwiches, but the loaded Italian has converted me. I especially enjoyed the garlic aioli sauce. Both sandwiches are generously filled with meat. I can see why Arby’s meats are regarded so well.
I also tried their white cheddar mac n cheese, which was creamy with lots of cheese sauce. It did have a slightly artificial aftertaste, but still better than any other fast food mac n cheese I’ve had.
The staff were very friendly and our food was prepared quickly. The area was clean and very nice to sit in because of the floor-to-ceiling windows letting in all the afternoon sun.
I appreciated the clean, orderly condiments stations and how the interior was decorated with warm colors. It looked a bit like an old-style diner. Sandwiches tasted much better than I’d expect for fast food.
My only complaint was the fact that while there were taps for various soft drinks, lemonade, and ice, there was no tap for plain old water. I’d recommend bringing your own water bottle.

Not great. Super slow service, even though the place was no busy at all, no ice in the drinks, no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, and the bread in the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe was freezing, but the fish was freshly cooked (so yay I guess). Unsettling vibes in the parking lot, and I watched the Ford Explorer behind us wait even longer than we did. It took us 20 minutes to eat our buffalo sliders, fish sandwich and roast beef and cheese- the car behind us had not even received their food yet. At least the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.

I deeply regret wasting my hard earned money here i ordered the beef and cheese sandwich i was thinking it was. Going to be steak and cheese it looked like bologna and they use the fake nacho cheese sauce instead of actual cheese it was nasty made me want to throw up out of both ends i didnt finish it i wish i went to olive garden or the habit burger instead and they want to charge 4 dollars for some low quality ice cream it was nasty and i wasted my money i will not ever set foot in Arbys again i am traumatized.

I’ve been eating at Arby’s for 20+ years, including this location. Today was extremely disappointed with what they called a beef and cheddar. There was almost no cheese on it, could not taste it at all, and even the special sauce was sparse and on the center of about 50% of the roll. Not sure if this was a fluke but extremely poor preparation and not the quality that Arby’s usually has. Pictures included.

The Arby’s Diablo Chicken Sandwich was much better than the Burger King’s Ghost Pepper Whopper! My nose started running and towards the end, I had sweat rolling down the sides of my head. Of course it did not look like the advertised photo of the sandwich. The chicken patty was half the size, but still good. If you like spicy, check out this sandwich!

Great people, great food, great location. It’s been a while since I had visited. This Arby’s was my adult son’s favorite place. I would offer anywhere to go to eat, he would always pick this Arby’s. It was hard this time to enter, but I pulled together all my strength and walked in. As my heart pumped and I wanted to cry, Raj & Marcellus gave me a warm welcome and showed their beautiful smiles. They were so kind to me. What they didn’t know was that my son had cancer and passed earlier this year. He loved this Arby’s. The memories at this restaurant were full of laughter and love. People do make a difference. Thank you Raj & Marcellus. I’ll never forget you. Marcellus, my husband did love the mac and cheese. I’m glad I got extra! See you all again soon.

Everything about this particular store, other than the WiFi, seems pre-century. The dining room is cramped, and unattractive. The food is tasty, but the meat portions have notably decreased, while prices have inched up. As far as the service, judging from their work surroundings, they must be getting minimum wage, and that’s about how much effort their putting into it.
