I love their Roast beef with cheddar. But this one had the roast beef sliced way to thick. Never had this issue at and Arby’s. But this one yesterday let me down. It was like rubber.

My wife wanted the new steak nuggets so we went. A bit of a long wait but it was understandable being around noon. The gentleman serving us was polite and was apologetic for the wait. The fries were clearly old and the steak nuggets were just ok, not worth the price even a little. Will not be back.

We got the angus burger and it was one of the worst burgers around. Whoppers are far better. This was dry and hard and not sure what kind of angus this came from, but it was not good. The young man at the drive thru was really nice and the best part of the stop.

Dining room says it is open till 10. Lady said they don’t like people eating in close to 9 (I came in at 8:45 and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged). Manager came out and there started to be an argument between the two so I left. I felt very awkward and all I wanted was a bite to eat after a long day at work. Won’t be back.

Hugely everyone there is friendly in the food is good, but our last is there.The girl who weighed on us was so rude.When I asked her for condiments , she just sort of tossed them at me. We had asked for a large jalapeno , she gave me five and told me that was large and I told her it wasn’t and she said yes , it was so I asked for the manager and the manager said , “no , that is not a large there should be eight in there” if this was my first visit and based on that girl’s service , I wouldn’t go back

Kathy is unbearable. If you read the reviews it shows and also shows that management does nothing to fix it. Rest of the staff is great. Kathy is just a miserable disrespectful human. Im sure the “owner” of this reharbys will leave a comment saying to visit the customer service website but the complaint form works about as much as Kathy, not at all

The women’s bathroom one of the toilets r out of order but it smells so bad it’s dangerous it is a hazard to ur health I couldn’t even go into wash my hands The food and service were great though!!
