My husband ordered $60 worth of food. After placing his order in drive-through. He still had to pull over and wait for the order . Food was warm , burger was not cooked still was pink in side . Also the burger was so sloppy and Soggy with all the condiments added. The steak bites were overcooked and the fries tasted as if Oily and hard. Not en Enjoyable meal and when I called back and spoke to whoever picked up the phone, they asked at what time was the order place which was 10 minutes prior to me calling and receiving my food once my husband got home. And the representative had an attitude saying it depends the time that that was a rush crowd around that time. She did not offer a refund Nor that I want one, I advised the young lady that I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was making sure someone doesn’t get sick with the undercooked burgers and letting her know the quality of the service and food. Horrible service would never return back.

I stopped by quick on my way through the area and went inside. I appreciate how quick and nice the staff was, particularly Matthew! He was a nice older gentleman and he was handling the front (and I also think the drive through). He was also very attentive and quick to handle unlocking the bathroom for patrons (myself included) while juggling everything else. If I’m back in the area I’ll stop again 🙂

Employee that goes by the name Ronnie Is very helpful and welcoming to all customer’s I have witnessed Not only that but she knows the material of the job pretty well it would seem, I’m not saying this to boast but this employee really cares about who walks in the door and is courteous and respectful to the customers

Like I’m just sayin if I was the boss or saw how well she performs give her a promotion or something ,

My girlfriend and I were passing through and we stopped here for a quick lunch. They were the nicest people you could ever ask for. The lady even gave us coupons for our meal which ended up cutting the cost of our meal in half.

Charges 5 dollars and 30 cents for a TINY bowl of Mac and cheese and they still don’t fill it, even when I brought it to their attention! only the East Stroudsburg Arby’s does this, every other Arby’s fill the bowls! They claim to put 8oz but they are probably weighing the container too – it’s such a rip off! So I switched and I go to Wawa for my Mac and cheese, because they are not petty, they fill your bowl!!! And it’s not like I didn’t bring it to their attention so I guess Arby’s just didn’t want the money!

UPDATE: when you leave a negative review an Arby’s owner comes on and gives you a website to go onto so they can resolve your issue, but that is a TOTAL LIE, NO ONE CONTACTS YOU!!! They just try to make themselves look good online by posting that for all to see after they receive negative reviews! Big waste of time!! But that’s okay because Wawa is right up the street and that’s where I have been taking my business and I am also a local business owner so I just continue to spread the word!

Taking the time to commend the store manager RONNIE. She was amazingly friendly to my small children and also myself and my wife. She made us feel welcome, where a quick bite to eat turned into a great time leading to actually post this review. Had a conversation with her and brought a smile to my girls faces. All managers should be as friendly as her.

I ordered a double beef and cheddar on a regular bun, because I don’t eat onions at all so I didn’t want it on the onion roll…. I opened my sandwich box to find a wad of meat with cheddar thrown in. I will never eat Arby’s again. It was a simple request. How do you screw that up?? I worked a full overnight shift and I was craving Arby’s between jobs. What ever happened to quality control? Not only did I repeat my request to the cashier 3 times, but a female staff person that was standing nearby as well. They even repeated it back to me!!! I feel as though it was done intentionally to ruin my day! I tried calling to tell them of the mistake but no one answered, and they were completely empty when we drove away. It’s not worth my time or the hassle to drive back since I’d most likely get an attitude from them like I’m the one that screwed up.

The food is good and the food service is OK but every time we go to this place, the bathroom door is locked. What exactly is the point of that? Seems like places that do this are trying to discourage people from using the facilities so they don’t have to clean them.
