This Arbys literally always has something wrong with is. They run out of food or fryers or something are always not working. You order to have it delivered and they do not communicate prior with the delivery person if something is wrong to where they cannot fulfill the order completely. Then they charge the customer who orders full price for the food that they do not even receive and do not make things right on their end by offering alternatives. The Arbys in Lewisburg needs to open and I hope this one gets shut down because lack of business because this one never does anything correctly when it comes to the orders.

The only Arby’s I’ve been to on multiple occasions where they are out of roast beef. Last visit they were out of chicken. Somehow the order gets messed up pretty regularly. Otherwise it’s what you would expect of an Arby’s.

Traveling through on the very busy highway and saw the 4 for $10 sandwiches so we stopped and ordered take out along with a couple of jamocha shakes, delish and hit the spot. Nice place and we’ll kept up, we were heading north and thought I was going to have to head south to find a turnaround to go north again. Lo and behold suddenly the road parted and I could turn left Yay!

Walk in the door and are advised there’s no beef or ham! Really? Then, when though the have fries did not produce the best fries but the ones that seem to have been sitting. The staff was friendly.

I have been here 38 minutes and have stared at my food behind the counter for 25 of those minutes. They put the weakest link at the counter so they can get their drive through times quicker. Not fair to those that dine in. The manager was extremely rude and my turkey sandwich is soggy now. Avoid this one if you can.

The main restaurant/lobby is closed in the middle of the day, though that may be a good thing given how filthy it typically is. The place is barely open, yet they still accept mobile orders…and route everyone through what has now become the slowest drive through in the area. This place needs to change, stop accepting mobile orders, or simply shut down.

First of all the lobby has been closed down forever it seems. Another thing is they are always out of stuff. Out of many popular items. And lastly, the drive thru might be the slowest of any I’ve ever been thru.
I absolutely love Arby’s but I will not return to this one. It’s obvious that there is weak leadership at this store. Arby’s high standards to great food and service are not represented at this location.

Stopped here to get food for my family. Let’s just say they do NOT have the meats. I went to drive thru and they proceeded to tell me the only thing available was the single beef and cheddar with fries. Nothing else on the menuwas available. I said ok in disgust and pulled away. And from what I hear from friends this is an ongoing problem. I don’t know who the management team is there but I know as a kitchen manager and head chef that’s completely unacceptable for running a business.
