I absolutely love Arby’s ham and Swiss melt and also the roast beef and cheddar! The food is always very tasty but sometimes it’s not hot enough and once in a while the rolls are not very fresh and they just pretty much crumble as you’re holding it. Other than that it’s a great place to dine and the food is good.

Decided to take my children out to a nice quiet dinner. In this economy, everything is expensive, so I choose very wisely. I was greeted at the counter by a very polite and very respectful employee to take my order. Slight delay with the fryer and I was kept updated. It only delayed by mere minutes but I so much appreciated them letting me know. Food was delicious! I no longer go to the one in Lebanon county because they slice their roast beef thick and it ruins the sandwich. Manheim made everything perfect! Restaurant and rest rooms spotless and atmosphere was calm and laid back. I’m most impressed over all these gentlemen in that building last night, to go above and beyond! I can’t thank you enough for restoring my faith in a world that seems to be lacking the foundation for caring! You should be proud and your manager should be proud too! *Visited on 2/25/2025*

Out of all of the fast food places that I have visited, Arby’s would be among my top choices. I like their food, their service is normally fast and accurate, and their stores are usually very clean.
On this visit, the service was slow, my sandwich was made quickly and placed on the tray, but it seemed like it took a long time (after my sandwich was made, fot them to start making my Jalapeño hot poppers. Therefore, when I finally received my meal, my sandwich wasn’t very warm. It is just a timing thing.
The restaurant was fairly clean for the time I was there – just after the busy time.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I will continue to choose Arby’s over most of the fast food burger places.

To often they get the size of my order wrong. Meals can be pricy. I like that they change their menu. Some food is very good.

Every time I order from Arby’s through DoorDash, they always forget an item. Every single time. Whether it’s the Au Jus sauce for the French dip or the French fries, they always disappoint with their lack of attention to detail when bagging the order. It’s actually crazy how incompetent they are when it comes to completing a DoorDash order.

We went to try the “big game burger” as we enjoy venison and my brother had just returned from hunting for Elk in Colorado, so we were curious about the taste. The burger is a mix of big game and you can definitely taste the difference in the meat, for sure. However, even with all of the toppings and the sauce, the burger is very dry. Curly fries and the kids chicken nuggets were satisfactory. The interior appeared clean and well kept and the staff was kind and inviting. I’d rank this fast food chain higher than the 2 local alternatives for menu choices, cleanliness and friendly staff, but if it’s a big, juicy burger you’re after, go elsewhere.
