WOW … I just had the most incredible experience that I’ve ever had in my 59 years of life. The gentleman taking the order was AMAZING . His voice was clear, calm, “he never interrupted me during my complex order”, and he was able to understand what I wanted, when I wasn’t. lol To make things even better, he included all sauces in order, because I pulled away without my food. That’s a different story. I say the order was complex because I didn’t oder items in correct order. This gentleman should be the world trainer of “customer service communications taker”…

The dining area was clean, cool and fun. There was a Hawaiian theme and each table had crayons/ cards/ word cross puzzles and cute things to do a you waited for your food. The staff was extra friendly and Shaun, the manager, was a pleasure to talk to. He was upbeat and paid special attention and care for the guests. The food was hot and quick and very tasty.

This place was an absolute dump. There were fries all over the floor, and none of the tables were clean. The manager was extremely snotty and unprofessional, and they were out of a lot of items. The drink area had no sauces, straws, or napkins, making it impossible to get what we needed.
We waited for over half an hour, only to find that several items from our order were missing. When I brought this up, the manager was incredibly rude. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but if that’s the case, they need to close until they can properly serve customers. Arby’s should be ashamed of this location.

My co-worker and I stopped in for a quick lunch. To my surprise, there were no vegetarian options. The manager quickly thought fast and “created” a sandwich for me.
I’m not sure if any other Arby’s would do this, but this one did! Fantastic! Plus, my sandwich was TREMENDOUS! Thank you!

(2/10/25)Michael did a great job customer service excellent. Food was good and the store was clean.(2/20/25) Had such a great experience last week I had to stop by again. Today the entire team starting with Lucita, Michael and Vanessa as well as who else was back there did a fantastic job! The customer service at this location is the best in the tristate area for ANY restaurant I’ve experienced in a long time. From making sure your order is piping hot and fast to ensuring the store is clean and inviting all the way to a cordial and light hearted atmosphere they have in the kitchen 5 stars. From start to finish. Everyone working there deserves a raise.

They had the meat! (And, literally nothing else.)
I haven’t been to an Arby’s in years. Last night, I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order for pickup and drove to the store. Once I got there, I was informed that they were out of curly fries, milkshakes…everything on my order that wasn’t a sandwich. I cancelled my order, got my refund and moved on to another option. I’m glad I didn’t order delivery, because I’m sure this would’ve been a way more complicated ordeal. If you’re out of 2/3’s of the stuff I ordered, and you forced me to give you my phone number to order, you could’ve saved me the drive and called. I was the only customer on the property, when I visited, you weren’t too busy.

Went to Arby’s and ordered a Ham Slider meal. Was told they were out of ham. As a manager, if you run out of ham or Swiss, you send someone to the grocery store to buy some from the deli. On another note, someone doesn’t know how to plan out and purchase food because you should never run out of anything.
