Used to love Arby’s but this was meh. Staff was friendly. I got the special meal deal. Even though I knew I’d be warming it up when I got to my hotel room next door, sandwich seemed like it was probably at its time limit to be served, same with the curly fries. The peach roll had a weird old oil taste. Guess I should have gone to the nearby Wawa after all.

Brisket sandwich was delicious. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint is the very narrow drive-thru. Curbs on both sides and a tight turn. You can tell a lot of people scrape their tires, as the black marks all over the curbs.

Went through the drive through and got one of the new bowls that was supposed to have meat on top. What I ended up getting was cold macaroni. And cheese that wasn’t even warm and old food so i went back and got a refund. Definitely , wouldn’t go back there highly recommend you don’t either!!!

Delicious crispy fish sandwich and crinkle cut fries. The food was very fresh. Friendly employees. Pretty fast drive thru. Drive thru only. Inside, it’s not open for dine in or takeout. **Update: The inside is open for dining in and take-out. New sandwich, the Americana, roast beef with all of the burger toppings. Delicious.

Don’t bother. Stopped off the highway for something other than a burger…and got bread with a side of chicken salad. Staff was very friendly, so definitely not their fault- the change in company policies are.

Very dissatisfied with our food. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich it came with one tiny spot of ranch, no bacon, and skimpy on the meat. My husband bought the turkey bacon ranch wrap and it had half a piece of bacon and filled with lettuce and one slice of turkey. If I wanted to make my own sandwich at home I would have. Basically had to add ranch and turkey to this sandwich. I’ve had this sandwich before and it was made 10x better. This sandwich was pretty much made half a** and very disappointed.
