This restaurant was awful by every stretch of the imagination. I don’t know if this is another chain that covid ruined by not being able to get good quality employees willing to work and who want to be there. I also don’t know if it’s just this location and the fact that maybe it needs to shut down because of no help. The quality of food versus the price was terrible. The sandwiches looked like they we’re trying to save money on the amount of meat they have to buy. The frys were almost inedible. The drink machine wasn’t working right. The whole meal and the whole restaurant was the worst and for my family of 4 it cost just under 50 bucks. Lastly on top of all that the restaurant was also not unkept very well. We definitely won’t be back and I’m not sure but I’m kinda scared to even try a different location to see if it’s any better. I think I’m just done with Arby’s all together. What was once a great restaurant is now just no more.

They have brown sugar bacon..then they don’t. Then they do. Menu changes day to day. Usually clean and fast. Not today. Dirty counter and tables. Had to clean my own. This would make sense if it was busy ,but it was 3:30 . Only one other customer in store. Sometimes it is Awesome… other times it’s horrible. Hope you pick a good day.

Picked up an online order through the drive-thru tonight. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The employee working the window was named Heather. She was very nice and friendly. I asked for sauces and originally thought they had forgot them but it was my mistake and they had fallen out of the bag. She gave us more sauces with no problem. Thank you for a good experience!
